Fran...I saw it at the top with the title of the article. which charity got the money is what I was wondering about I have not head which ones will get donations

I'm not in a researching mood and when you find the people giving the money...ask them to adopt me

I'm not in a researching mood and when you find the people giving the money...ask them to adopt me He's probably only donating the money bc he doesn't want to be associated with the Nobel Prize bc of the bad press. Also, he is donating the money to France or something. Anywhere but the U.S of course ;)

He'll probably announce it durning a Glenn Beck broadcast as usually...lol He would probably donate it to ACORN!!!!

A person with conscience questions anything that is not just and right ....... Who says it is not just and right? YOU? If the committee want to give Obama a Peace prize, great. What the hell is the issue? The issue he does not deserve it . This Peace Prize is a scam and has no meaning any more . It is supposed to be given to those who promote peace in the world not people like Obama . Obama for a Noble Peace Prize ?. . What next ???!!!.

You know why people are pissed that Obama won the Peace prize?Because there were a hundred people on the list way more deserving them him that went through extreme hardships and life or death situations to fight for their cause.Stories of true honor,sacrafice,and duty to their country and people under extrodinary cicumstances.Obama beat out all of these people because he did what????He hasn't sacrificed sh**.He was never in the military.Lets face it.The person who got the peace prize is nothing more than a black man who won a popularity contest.This is a sad day when skin color has more content than honor,duty,and sacrifice.

how does any one know who else was nominated??? they don't release that for 50 years according to the site Nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize Every year, the Norwegian Nobel Committee sends out thousands of letters inviting qualified people to submit their nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize. The names of the nominees and other information about the nominations cannot be revealed until 50 years later. http://nobelprize.org/nomination/peace/

IN a point of view, it's a good encouragement for him to stay on the right track. Sometimes when you win, you loose. Now he has to live up to his words, and in this point of view, it's a good thing. He would definitely disappoint many if he doesn't go after stopping these bloody wars and not to aggregate other nations for more wars in the future. Basically, he has to fulfill his promises or he's gonna find a lot of disappointed nations. Good point

what did he do in 10 days to deserve it???? I hope he can live up to it. if he doesn't then it reflects on the country. but he didn't earn it...it was more of an honorary thing That's your view, but that doesn't mean it was decided on actions with in that 10 days. That fact that he got it also reflects on this country, so why can't we just be happy that our president got that award and wait and see what happens? It's an opinion that he didn't earn it. Many thought he did, me included. Some one's opinion that it was honorary is interesting and plausible but we might never know.
