If they're not into you, tell yourself it's stupid to want someone who doesn't want you back; eventually your brain will accept this. If it's due to other factors, tell yourself if it's meant to be it will work itself out, and if it's not, you have to accept it and move on. I've been there and it hurts like hell, but eventually the pain stops- but only if you want it to.

By being very real and accepting its not meant to be.

If u genuinely love someone, u would want them to be happy, whether with u or not.

Keep busy, dont dwell.

Do your best to avoid them. Don't be rude, just avoid.

They may want to continue to have you as a friend, but you have to look out for youself, first.

They can look to others for friendship.

When you have moved on, in your head and in your heart, then you can decide if you want them for a friend or not.
