thats a rather upsetting video... you dont forget an event like that too soon either.... on top of her calling them for protection in the first place! the arresting/filing officer messed up big time and should be sufficiently punished! let him live through it once. Just plain ignorance on the officers part.

I am not sure if events like this are so much more frequent, but probably they are...but also some of us hearing and seeing these things has taken place because of technology, such as portable digital cameras, cameraphones, the internet, etc. And people have become more aware, especially since the Rodney King beating. Everybody has a camera and they aren't afraid to use it.
If that ever happens to me, put down the camera and HELP!!! I would do the same for you. |

police state, I used to think it was Delaware and only delaware, now it's everywhere, and who's to blame, all of us, we allow these politicians to talk us into public safety with the spiel that we need more cops (Gestapo) on the streets, a camera on every corner, what we hated about Russia we are becoming, and all of us are footing the bill, now these cops know in the long run they are untouchable....Take the King affair, how 12 jurors couldn't see the brutality of that was beyond me, they should have been taken out of the courtroom and had their a.s.ses whipped collectively.....as long as people can be told to live in fear and believe it, then what you see is what you get.....sorry, but it is what it is, hopefully it won't be you next time.

funny that
bad eggs in every bunch and all that our county sheriff is one of my best friends from high school he and I used to go to the drive in theater and smoke as much marijuana as we could hold yup I got the dirt on the sheriff. but I would never stab him in the back and let it out and he is the best sheriffs this county has ever had. seriously pursuing criminals and leaving the kids alone who are just being wild kids. |

Millsboro.. georgetown.. Overrun by Illegals from Guatemala.. There are more guatemalans living in georgetown illegally than citizens.. Police have a tough job. There is a fine line between keeping the public and themselves safe and going rogue. I think most cops do their best, but as in every profession there are bad apples. Unfortunately, these bad apples carry firearms and abuse their authority. |
