exactly what i said, tells us to disipline our children so that they will be well behaved and not run a muck causing trouble and sinning. But regardless it is not up to you or any other person for there salvation. It is your duity as a perent to raise your child in a Godly enviroment, but regardless if that child accepts jesus or not will not be accounted towards you, for it is still there choice. But yes as a perent you are to raise your child in a strict God fearing enviroment. But regardless it is still nevertheless out of your ability to save your child, only that child and Jesus can do as such.

Cowboy ...again you keep avoiding the question ....will you discipline your child with beating of pain and suffering as the bible tells you ...it's a simple yes or no question

I am not a student of theology. But, I believe that knowledge originates from God, not Satan. God is omnipotent and all-knowing. According to the Bible, Satan is very powerful. However, he is not omnipotent or all-knowing.

it's not about Satan being all knowing it's about Satan granting access to the knowledge that God didn't grant to Adam and Eve

You asked where knowledge comes from. It originates from God.

I disagree that Man "becomes like God" the more technology we acquire. To be God-like in the Christian sense means to be all-powerful, perfect, without sin, and all-knowing. Man could never be "perfect" because we are inclined to sin. As far as being all- powerful, the bible says that "man can't even make himself grow one inch in height."

I asked is knowledge a gift from Satan, not where knowledge originated...both Satan and God supplied the vessels to access knowledge but doesn't mean either created the knowledge within the vessels ..that's why I said "gift"

God is also not perfect or he would be incapable of creating imperfection that sin ..God is also not omniscient or he would have know before creation that Man would be inperfect and would sin ...so therefore Man can be just as imperfect as God and technology is how that is being accomplish

no everyone do not spank their children..some find a spanking to be child abuse ...also I'm not talking about a spanking...I asked if you would follow the bible and "beat" your children with a rod when they have done wrong in order to place their souls on the path to Salvation

God did know, and is the reason behind God putting ways to be forgiven for your sins. And was the reason Jesus came to earth, to be the ultimate sacrifice for us. Because if God would have made it to where we couldn't sin, where would the free will be? There wouldn't be any we would be like little robots and or puppets.

the bible is written in parables m8. And the way people spoke then are different then now. It does not one time say beat your child.

if God didn't want robots or puppets that obeyed him without question then he wouldn't have kick Adam and Eve out of the garden

of course he would have, without punishment of our disobediance people would go around raping, stealing, and killing everyone of which they didn't like. There has to be a form of punishment for where we fail God.

Proverbs 23:13... Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou "beatest" him with the rod, he shall not die.

Cowboy ...if you are going to preach the bible you should try reading it first ......just admit that you will not obey God and beat your child with a rod ...you are on the same path as Adam and Eve and they didn't even have a bible to instruct them

you keep switching back and forth from God punishment to society punishment ...remember the only society back then was the animals in the garden and they didn't kick Adam and Eve out of the garden for exercising their Free Will...God kick them out because they were not robot clones

lol sociaty was never mentioned. It's a chain reaction form of way. If God allowed Adam and Eve to disobey without punishment then the children of adam and eve would have been treated the same way and so on. So thus resulting in everyone sinning without punishment. The world would then have turned into a liking of hell. So therefor God had to punish adam and eve for there disobediance.

nothing is full filled until judgement day...Jesus even said that he did not come to change the laws of Moses...that means you are still supposed to follow them

first you were all for God giving pain and suffering to people for their Salvation and now you are making excuse why you won't save your child's soul from Hell by disobeying God and sparing the rod once I pointed out that it's child abuse
