Happiness Boosters they could be from one extreme to another it may be something small such as something someone did for you to something you did.... maybe a chore completed,something you see on a daily bases or just the smallest act of kindness.... Sooooooooo what is it that gives you that Boost of Happiness within your day?????

It makes me happy to know that I will get to see my friend in a week or so because she is flying in from California and I am going to her house the whole time she is here. I have not seen her in about 2 years and I barely just got back in contant on easter. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waking up with my puppy laying on my chest, staring at me, just waiting for me to wake up so she can give me a morning smooch! No better way to start the day than to have someone already so happy to see you and be with you and you haven't even made it out of bed yet! Now I can relate to this one every morning my cockier spaniel Sassy will lay her head on my chest in the morning looking at me as if saying come on get up it's morning....

Kyla brought me in a big bouquet of Cherry Plum blossoms, that she had shaped into the form of Mickey Mouse's head, last night ... ... Not even 5 minutes after I had JUST finished up a therapy session w/ a client that included me prescribing "Cherry Plum Bach Flower Essence" ... !!!!!!! Kismet, my best gifts are those that connect me to the beauty of the spiritual realm and love ... ... ...

When I come home from work and my boys have dinner cooking..and make me a cup of tea to sit down and drink while they finish up the meal. When my cat comes up and snuggles purring and giving me kisses, when surprises come in the mail from my sweetie that I didn't know were on their way...and when something is going on in my life and I get an out of the blue call from my Cherokee Elder guru because he can feel I need to talk to him.
