I know what you're trying to say Terry. Bout father time and all. But dating younger/older is a huge trend and has been for years now. I started dating younger guys 7 years ago.  I'll never change that now. I don't relate with men my age. Never did. Now .. I have learned to draw the line though. For the past 4 years all the guys I dated were 30 years younger than me. Or more.  So they were mid-late 20's. I'm 59. I'm not going that young anymore. It's a dead-end street. I now date guys in their 30's usually. But that's still over a generation (20 yrs) younger LOL It is what it is THEN,,to be with someone who isn't all THAT, because of their age. IS A REAL DIFFERENCE to even TRY to think or see as being close to them....AS THEY REALLY LOOK OLD......to YOU... Yet,,in fact,,,THAT OLD-------------IS "YOU"!!!!!! I've lived THAT and felt that and thats when I had to re-look in my own mirror,,,,and be real with who and what I am WITH at my age.. So I am good with anyone that I would feel THEY found me just as cute naked as me in my clothes...NOW,,with all that,,,its just a life fact, MOST will SEE YOU as OLD,,,when your looks do fall to showing your real age,,,so then,,THAT twenty year younger won't find you,,,,his pick,,,,as your be seen to old,,,and then,,WHAT? Your have to TRY and see an older man AT THAT TIME as your PARTNER,,and THAT,,,will never tickle your desires to WANT TO FEEL.. So,,as I have lived that,,I don't want to deceive my reality to my self as to what I look like to MOST who looks at me to be.. If I wanted to ruin a young womans life say find me a twenty year old to fall in love with me,,sure,,I COULD DO THAT! But as someone who really CARES about the others QUAILITY of their life,,,I would NEVER let THAT HAPPEN,, Because in fifteen years when she's thirty five, I'd be sixty eight and LOOKING VERY OLD as to how SHE WOULD LOOK...and she would be in love with a man she could no-longer want to be with,,or I COULDN'T keep her as happy as she needed to be,,wink,so WHY? Would I ever let THAT ALL happen? Its just ONE-SIDED LOVE to me,,but not a real caring for the others ENDING LIFE... But THATS just MY OPINION,,,and I Am NEVER RIGHT!!!

Probably won't be a high %age. But then I am just attracted to younger. That's not gonna change. So I live with risk, instead of risking not living

Hummm I have seen guys that are my age that looks like they are 10-20 years older as far as their body goes........ So one really can not base looks on the persons age nor their maturity.
The way I see if is if your comfortable with the one your with then just be happy and enjoy the time you have with them. It may last a lifetime it may not............if your always worried about the what if's you will never find anyone that your happy with.........just go with the flow......... Now days most relationships don't last a life time so why not be happy while you can???

And very commendable of you to be there for her if she wanted you to be. That's usually a plus for older men who are with younger women. That they care for them when they are bedridden or in a walker

I cannot have every woman I want. Only the one's that want me. If a 40 year old woman isn't interested in me, but a 20 year old is I'm going to date the 20 year old. Should I refuse to sleep with a woman simply because she is 30 years younger than me? That's nonsense.
No relationship lasts forever. If the best thing happens, one of us will die and the other will be alone and looking for someone just like before we met. Break up death are the same. We have to enjoy one another while we can. When it's over, we have to move on. |

I won't date younger. I've never had very good results, and they tend to come off more brotherly, rather then serious. My brother's 28, so it's kind of a turn-off knowing others guys that young or younger. And lately, the ones even younger are just retarded.
I've dated 18-20 years older, and it wasn't a biggie for me. My interests in things are fairly wide, so that's never a problem. However I'd like to find someone within a closer 7yrs or less age-range. |
