Carol....how truly wonderful for you, and your gorgeous man.... second time around is a more grounded, mature way to enter a marriage...and I am sure you both have a clear idea of your expectation levels... He's a very fortunate man to recognise the incredible woman that you are!!!

Thanks everyone. I definitely feel like the second time around is a lot more grounded. We've talked about so many things that occur in marriages that I never even imagined the first time around. It's wonderful knowing that so many people are wishing us well. I'll try to keep you posted with pics.

Wow! 9 days and counting. Final plans are falling into place. This week is full of parties. Dinner with girlfriends last night.Dinner with daughter and family Friday night. Saturday is the rehearsal and dinner. Thanks for all the well wishes.

The final week is here. 5 days and counting. Went shopping today to get a few new things for the honeymoon. Quiet the next few days. My fiance's birthday is tomorrow so we'll need to take some time to celebrate that.

I can hardly believe it's true. In a little over 2 weeks I am getting married, again. I didn't see myself going this route again. Then when I had given up hope this wonderful man emailed me. He actually lived in the same town. How great is that? We met and have been together for a year now. I've been looking forward to our wedding day for the last several months, but now the time is racing ahead. 2 weeks! WOW. Please keep me and my fiance in your thoughts and prayers, as this is a second marriage for both of us. THAT IS PRETTY AWESOME
