what's the worst job you ever had?
flipping fries, flipping over animal carcasses off of I-75, counting parts go by on a factory line... or something worse.

Roofing and plumbing.

Roofing is super hot and very dangerous and physical.

Plumbing, you ain't living until you are knee deep in raw sewage!

Well you got me beat in the physically demanding and disgusting part. but my worst job was working at basken robins.. owner was ehhh flamboyant not that i have a problem with it but my work shirt was rather humiliating ... i wore a 2 to 3 xl shirt as im 6'4 and at the time 320lbs (full back in high school) and my shirt was just a large and hot pink....got compliments all the time but little uneasy when the owner said something along those lines

some roofers complain a 12:3 roof sucks cause of all the bending over to nail the shingles but those dang high pitch roofs can be rough on the legs especially if you have to use toe boards..ouch bottom of feet hurtin, hell speaking of florida roofing aluminum or metal roofs even with gloves it gets hot and the heat generated that comes off of them, freakin sucks

bean farm hot outside walking thru kneehigh bean plants bending over all day pulling weeds underside of the plants were wet so your jeans would be soaked from the knees down and if you wear shorts the leaves would shred your legs up. suck!

I worked for a bakery, a bank and for the Postal Service. I enjoyed all of them until I got hurt at the P.O. (That job was dirty and stressful, I worked in a Processing plant not a town post office.)

I have to agree with the roofing jobs.. I used to help my dad when I was young (11-12) on the roof.. Also installing asbestous insulation..that stuff would get on your skin and itch something terrible..

Yogurt packer in a yogurt factory.

My hands were about 35 degrees while the rest of me was about 95...in about 95% humidity....while wearing a plastic bump cap and plastic coat. The whole place smelled of rotting milk and sweaty human. Every night I left w/ my shoes splashingly filled w/ my own sweat and unable to feel anything in my fingers.
I'm pretty sure yogurt factories are designed in hell.
I lasted a week.

Funny thing, some people had been there for years and thought the job was great. It takes all kinds, I suppose...

The job I hated the most would have to be working in a plastics factory. They manufactured garbage bags. The static electricity would cause your hair to literally stand straight off of your head and when you touched any of the metal equipment ZAP!!

It was "procedure" for the newbies to be the first ones to the break room while the other employees hung back to watch the entertainment. See, the break room had a large metal doorknob.

When my initiation came, I didn't see anything but that damn blue arc. That shock went from my finger to my elbow and I smelled fricken smoke for the rest of the day. Yup, I hated that job. Still hate that job.

As a matter of fact, if I could get my hands on the people who thought this was funny....
