My reason for avoiding movie theaters has nothing to do with dating, but has to do with ridiculous ticket prices, obnoxious people, and the majority of movies that interest me don't get released in the theaters.

Tuesday is $6 movie night here, so that's when I normally go see movies.

That's not bad. I do go to Indie houses, and pub theaters as they tend to re release older films that I want to see on a big screen. Most of the big movies I wait for Netflix, or spend my money on DVDs/Blu-Ray

John Carter of Mars.

I don't date so I don't go to movies much. Not much time for them anyway although I would of liked to see "The Hunger Game."

You don't have to be dating someone to get out and enjoy a movie.

I don't like going by myself.

I sometimes go to the theater, but I can usually get my movie fix from Crackle, Netflix, HuluPlus or AmazonVOD. I love my Roku.

I go with friends and on my own if need be. I can't remember the last date I had at the movies. I tend to rather get out and do other things on dates.

All my friends live a lonnnngg ways away when I moved to Dallas. I hang out with my young friends at college but not out and about on the town too much, so I'm stuck alone mostly. Ah well, life.

The Scooby Doo movie. Sarah Michelle Gellar was horribly miscast as Daphne and the actress who plays Velma is far more attractive than her, but for a kid movie, it's a lot of fun. I'm just sorry that they cut out so many good scenes.

I've been watching a few old Disney movies. Just to remember the good times.

Which ones? I love the Disney flicks from the 50's through 70's.

Excellent. I hadn't seen this one before. Donald Belisario named this as the film that inspired his 80's series Tales Of The Gold Monkey.
