You are right I do want to date someone older and mature. I've been told Im very mature for my age. Its something I'm very proud of actually. Unfortunately men my age aren't there yet mentally.

The whole thing is be true to yourself! Society can't make you happy. Listening to others cannot make you happy. But all people of all ages are on different mental planes. People can call me a sick puppy and anything else they want but I like my women much younger mostly becasue they are not polluted with control issues. Here in Los Angeles for some reason it is all about women controlling men. Older women want more control. I know a number of women here who have their husbands wrapped miserably around their finger and their husbands are not man enough to put their foot down on their women when it is called for. Most men are spineless when it comes to women.

Like I said it is a messed up game and in all honesty stick by YOUR standards! Better to be alone and content than involved and miserable.

I tend to find it annoying when women my own age won't even attempt to get to know me when they find out I'm 22 because they just assume I'm immature, which I admit when I'm out with a couple of mates I can have little moments but no matter if the guy is 18 or 40 he will still have stupid childish moments, the guys I work with all have more silly moments than me and there all over 28.

Its not even about acting childish with friends and being silly every so often. I don't have a problem with that. Im still silly and Im going to be 26. Its just that, I want to be married to someone who will help me raise my child and any other children we may have. Not only that, I want to be able to enjoy my husband in the bedroom when the kids are sleep. I don't go around flirting with just anybody, I have to have a boyfriend in order to do that. If I feel like you aren't going to make the cut to be my boyfriend, let alone a potential mate, then I can't pay no attention to you. I don't want to have to worry about our differences. I just want to travel the world and see things I've never seen before and just have fun. Most men who are a lot more older than me, they've been there, done that. If they haven't its because they're sitting around and I definitely don't want that either.

You know.......I thought i wouldn't contemplate the idea of dating any guy more than seven years older than me, but i find myself quite attracted to some who are more than seven years older than myself. Some only look about twenty. Depending on who it is.

I love older guys, but all i seem to attract are the younger ones these days....besides most the really old men that score younger chicks are millionares---

I've never been into guys who are much older than me. I just don't see the appeal, I guess. I've almost always dated men my age or younger.
