What do you do if your ex show up on your door step (they need a place to stay for a nite), and both of you are not angry at each other anymore, is there such a thing of "just having sex" with them and not falling all over again? or will you just up for another heart break???

he could crash on the couch if i was his ABSOLUTE last resort (dont want to see anyone sleeping in their car)... sex wouldn't happen... he's done enough damage... on to bigger better things...

She could sleep in the floor in the front room. The couch I gave away. And I know my boarder wouldn't let her sleep in her bed. I would sleep in my bed. Heck. My ex and me never slept in the bed when we first got together. Come to think of it we really didn't do that much sleeping.

I sort of have been there. My ex and I broke up but then we were FWBs for a while but now she has a new BF and oddly I am friends with him and her still.

It really is about the math and what factors are in the equation. I got exs I would not touch with my enemy's dick. My last ex I would say it is way past over sexually for us.

I've only had one ex-gf where things didn't end......so nicely. Even though, I've had ex's become FWBs before(ONLY when neither of us were seeing anybody else), I've never taken an ex back as a gf (and don't ever see it happening!). So, if one really needed a place to crash, I have no problem with it. That's what friends are for. Right? If sex WOULD happen to come into the picture, well, that's as far as it would go.

I've had 3 long term ex's and all of their names have been the same. I know, crazy. I am not angry at any of them. Let's call them Andy.

Andy #1 is my ex husband who I have an open ended restraining order on (not due to physical abuse, just due to not being able to respect my decision). It would probably be to his best interest if he did not show up.

Andy #2 is actually a friend of mine now and the father of my preschool student from 15 years ago. He's cool. Although it would never happen but if he shows up unexpected, he'll have a good reason and I can make an exception. He's too long for the couch, so he'll have to camp on the floor.

Andy #3 charming music producer but an impressive con artist. I learned a lot from him but I have zero trust, so I would probably not even open the door.
