Topic: why do women love to shop so much?

Me in general, i prefer surfing or guitar playing. I only like shopping at christmas. As i like looking at all the christmas lights and christmas decorations. lol. I hate queues :) you love to use new lights you hate using the old stuff i don't blame you:) and you play guitar? that to cool my friend i was with a buddy of mine today at a bar who played in a lot of bands and he sung a lot of his songs he wrote :) i also love to sing cheers Omg you love live guitar bands. Me too. I mainly go to watch these bands just to support them. I'm not bothered if they're famous. I just like the whole live band atmosphere. Always have. Yeah i write songs and sometimes sing em. Are YOU in a band at all? :) cool!!

Are YOU in a band at all? :) well not at the moment no but i have some signed cds from a few cool blues and rock bands that i met and like i said i do know a few that are in bands i love the solo guitar to a buddy use to play and i made up words and sung was cool thou :) also i got relatives that work in the radio music :) and promoters of some famous rock bands cheers :)

I cannot speak for all men, but most men I know do not shop like women. We do not tend to browse, but enter each store with a fairly clear idea of what we want and what price we are willing to pay. This, of course, all flies out the window when stereos and cars are involved! right on cheers

I'm not big on shopping. I only go shopping when I need something; so once in a while I will go on a spree. I love to find good bargains. Right on my friend cool :)

I can't stand shopping. If I have to shop (when I can't just order it online) I go in, get what I need and get out I always hated window shopping....very boring to me

Essentials like soap, shampoo, clothes, food, i order them online. I bleedin hate supermarkets. I can't stand em.

I prefer shopping online...or at thrift or "discount" stores. Sometimes for clothing, sometimes for goodies for my home (fixing up the nest!) I'm def not a "mall rat." Now I'm on a mission to avoid shopping because I have trips I want to save for...gotta make choices!

Window shopping for me was great fun as a child (family was too poor to actually buy, aint that a *****). It is still a great reason for a nice walk. Yep, I`ll still trek and shop. Still shop online,,,,in spite of the fact that my eyes are fukken tired from looking at the computer monitor all goddamm day at work. ehhhh

It's not so much the shopping as much as it's hunting for the bargain that i like to do. Win/win situation for me...good bargain = saving money for other things, like taking that trip overseas

Typically it is stereotype especially on adv and marketing. But I think men will spent much than women, e.g. car, yacht and stereo set. For me, I don't shopping a lot just in needs.

I love to shop but I don't think it's because of my gender. My mom doesn't like to but my stepdad does and I even have guy friends who like to shop too. I suppose it all depends on where you're at financially... And those who spend over their means obviously have something to prove.

Trust me, not all women like to shop. If I HAVE to shop, I have a list and I get what I have to then I am out of there. I have never been a big shopper and I am not into big crowds of crazy people trying to save money. If I want to shop, any more I do it on the internet. It is so easy to shop for Christmas with out leaving the house. You should try it some time..no crowds!!!!!
