Why is it so that when world leaders can evade the legal process after being caught out misleading the very nations that elected them to power when a bum in the street with no home can be jailed for smoking a joint ? greed and corruption fraud, in global politics is throwing us into a global econonic crisis which will affect millions, and now nasa has confirmed there will be some kind of unknown atmospheric changes in december, maybe some things will change for the better after we become poor and no longer have the use of electricity as we know it., any comments ?

The World Leadersof today's day andage, truly are not interested in solving two of the biggest world issues- (a) povertyand (b) homelessness. When you look around where youlive, regardless of what country you live in, what do you see? You see, beggars - pan handlers - churches asking for money - donations for the poor from many different businesses - people sleeping inthe gutter - people digging in trash cans for food and so much more. I have heard rumors of high winds, sweeping away all of the clouds in the atmosphere, and the flooding of rivers, and coastlines... (which are starting to appear) but what did Nasa confirm?

So, do you want a hankie to cry into? Why is it that when some people feel miserable about their lives, they try to find comfort in ranting about how "evil" the government is? Do you sleep better at night when you do such a thing? Also, what you said about NASA is nothing but a hoax. Indeed, NASA has a website dedicated to debunking urban legends pertaining to planet Earth.

There will be an aligning of the planets on Dec 21st. It coinsides with the Mayan prophesy and there will be some eventful happenings due to it, just like solar flares and the moon affect conditions on the Earth. Will it be the doomsday scenario many predict... doubtful, but many strange things could very well happen.

Here is a quote from that NASA website that I referred to earlier: There are no planetary alignments in the next few decades and even if these alignments were to occur, their effects on the Earth would be negligible. One major alignment occurred in 1962, for example, and two others happened during 1982 and 2000. Each December the Earth and sun align with the approximate center of the Milky Way Galaxy but that is an annual event of no consequence. The above-quoted statement from NASA is dated November 13, 2012. Here is an excerpt from an article titled "The Great 2012 Doomsday Scare", originally published by Sky & Telescope Magazine: Some advocates for the 2012 catastrophe say that what will actually cause the devastation is an alignment of planets. There is no planet alignment on the winter solstice in 2012. Nonetheless, advocates of doom connect the fictional alignment to astrological predictions or groundless claims about a reversal of Earth's magnetic field and unprecedented solar storms. Many internet postings and guests on all-night apocalyptic radio have elaborated on these themes. The above-quoted article from Sky & Scope Magazine was written by the director of Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles.

That part is unknown, but it comes from the Pacific Ocean and it could be a nuclear blast or a meteor that hits the earth. It is known that nuclear testing is has been going on in the Pacific Ocean. But according to the web bot, whose timing is often off, this global coastal event will not happen in December, but in June or July 2013. The high winds happen with that.

It seems to me all you're doing is promoting unsubstantiated fear. If such events were to happen, there wouldn't be a blessed thing we could do about them. So what's your point? You just want people to be able to die prepared?
