hey guys. need some advice.
im a girl u could i guess "label as one of the guys". therefore i am oblivious when it comes to guys giving signs that they like me.
i would love any body's opinion on this.

we started talking at work just a few weeks ago and found out we like the same music. yesterday, he came to work with a Pink Floyd shirt, shows me and asks if I was impressed.

when his shift was over, i was outside having a smoke and we were talking. he gets a phone call and gets pissed at his friend because "they interrupted his conversation"

on the other hand, he is a really nice guy overall and can see him acting like this with anybody.

I am confused and I do like him too.

If he was pissed at his friend for "interrupting a conversation", why did he answer the phone in the first place.

He sounds a little flaky to me....

he is a flaky guy. prolly why i like him. i don't think he is on this site, least i hope not. he didnt follow me out coz he was on his way out too. he kept saying he had to go, but ended up talking with me for 20 mins

He's probably just feeling you out. I wouldn't wonder so quickly what he's thinking or what his intentions are. That will just drive you nuts. Lots of guys are just really friendly and since it's a new friendship that novelty thing could be part of it. Only time will tell. Stay open to any of his approaches to talk to you, but don't go out of your way to figure out the situation. He will make his intentions known if you are patient enough.

It sure sounds like you are enjoying getting to know him! Good luck! flowerforyou

take your time and get to know the guy a bit more before trying to analize his intentions.

Always take things slowly...
If he likes you- he will tell you, or you could always come right out and ask him... Goodluck.

he enjoys your company for sure. this is well established. it's a whole different set of signs as to whether he likes you in THAT way.

i'd look at more subtle things. are his eyes shifting a little while he talks with you like he's working really hard to find something to say? or is he comfortable and making full eye contact with you? what's he doing with his body language when he talks with you? are his hands in his pockets? does he stand straight up? does he command the room with his presence?

if he's confident, he would have probably told you by now that he likes you, or at least made a substantial move. if he isn't confident, he could be having a hard time knowing what to do without scaring you off.

a poker buddy? that doesn't sound half bad! haha...

i see a lot of people getting up in arms about anger over a phone call. i've seen plenty of sweet guys get frustrated about phone calls around girls they like though. it's rude to not answer a call, and i think he just doesn't have enough of a voice to tell him he'll call his friend back later. i don't see it as abusiveness as much as following the rules and not knowing how to follow them right. from a guy's perspective, i see it as no biggie.

I think that's better than a kick in the nuts though. I still remember Jennifer from grade 5. I'm so glad there are other ways to tell someone you like them as we get older.laugh
