What are some things you do to help you relax? I really don't have any hobbies. I love to go fishing the peacefulness and calmness of the lake although its been awhile I do enjoy that

I agree with Kayak, going to the deer lease. Where I can ride atvs, target practice and maybe do some snake hunting.

Yoga, read, bake, talk to friends, dance, and my favorite dress reliever is eating a boiled lobster! There's nothing like ripping it apart, limb from limb!

I dont relax, I relax only afrer they put humpty dumpty together again & then it will be when the dirt its the pine box!

Read in a hot bath, meditate to the pulse of a lake, river or ocean, or lay under a shade tree and block out every sound but the vibes of it's leaves on the breeze. When I can't do those things, I read, take a walk or knit you a cap. Don't need another cap? Scarf? Sweater? What do you want?

i go to the gym six days a week and i'm active on the mingle threads
