What he is saying is that they will be able to "better restrict" the usage and views of people to the site to fit their own agenda by targeting individuals with contrary opinion to what they are trying to sell as "truth"..

The HuffPo is losing viewers like there's no tomorrow for their views and bias opinions. They feel that if they eliminate those who call them on their lies and bias, perhaps it will give them a better image

If you've been following the reports, including the ones going on under the Bush Administration, you'd know they already log all your transmissions. It doesn't really matter whether you're a member or not.

I suppose if you're super-paranoid, you might be comforted by the notion that they're not going to do anything with the information if you don't make them angry, but they'll probably only come for you after several emails with your Wisconsin Militia friends.
