Out of morbid curiosity...how many actually read the fine print/rules of whatever

I am a stickler about reading everything.

What about you

How is this a morbid curiosity? Is this for people who don't read instruction on guns so they look down the barrel and things go really wrong?

I should read those things. One of these times I'm probably going to sell myself into slavery in Cuba and I won't even knew when.

If you give them a glance to makes sure you're not being sold into prostitution does that count?

I went to summer school, between the 7th and 8th grade.

First day, the teacher handed us all a VERY thick set
of test papers, advising we might not be able to
finish it all.

She said, read it all through first, before you begin,
then handed them out.

I spent quite some time reading it.

On the second to last page, middle, it said, "If you
have read this far without starting the test, sign here
and you will receive an A+, for following instructions.
Do not fill-in the test."

I signed it and looked around.
Everyone else was busy answering test questions.
I smiled at the teacher and then spent the rest of the
time trying to appear I was test-marking.

Sometimes, you get a lesson early in life that stays
with you.

It can be a very good thing:-)

Maybe it's just me lol

Online or in real life,I read everything.

When I worked for a doctor, I was AMAZED how many people never read what they signed. The form explained the extra tests available but they still asked me what the tests were

slaphead

I just thought fine print, meant we had to pull out tri-focals to read it. I don't wear glasses, so I didn't bother.yawn

Fine print is just a CYA measure invented by lawyers to protect against litigation from idiots with no common sense. Another use is to foist some unpalatable condition on people who won't read it because it's too small and impossible to decipher. So, are you hinting that there is some ridiculous interest rate on Mingle posts hidden in there somewhere?

Humm honest huhhh well I read it to a extent then figure well either you sign it or they will not do it... Most medical procedures the fine print will tell you that if you don't sign it they will not perform it so they have you in a corner.....

Humm do I let them do it and hope like hell I get well or do I not sign it and they tell me see ya hope like heck that nature heals you without our help...

So I read what is in the big print and glace over the really fine print.

I do make sure I read the areas where they want to share all your info with those that don't need it and refuse that part...
