When dating someone, I use to give it a 3 month chance... Lately, I've been struggling to give it 3 weeks. slaphead

When do YOU call it quits? waving

insane, you are planning to give-up on love, when it even did not start

relax, it all depends on your connection to the girl and vice-versa

it depends what you are looking for, only sex or a top girl you want to care about deeply

it's pretty obvious to me when women just want sex. then you go for drinks (no dinner, maybe some nachos/fries to share) then take her hand and see if she plays with yours...then you know it's game, kiss in the car and escalate as much as your LOGISTICS allow it

kids, it can't be simpler than that!!!! imagine if you were a woman....

MEN UP

As soon as I know without any doubt that it wouldn't work no matter how hard we try/tried.

Every relationship has to have something productive happening to keep it moving in the right direction, and if the negatives overshadow the positives so that we're just spinning our wheels its a waste of time and energy. waving

I'm a gentleman, so what I do is to let them know how I'm feeling about how it's going and they will either take my feelings into consideration and we try to resolve the issue or they will think that I'm a control freak and dump me. Is this control freakery? I don't really think so because that, in my opinion, is making unreasonable demands and I don't do that but just expect them to be reasonable and we either resolve the situation and work the problem out in such a way that we will both be happy or we don't.

Hypothetical example: She wants to also date other people and I'm not happy with that. I saw this on a TV show about dating the other night. The guy that was presenting the show was seeing a girl that he really liked but wouldn't commit to and he wanted to date other women as well. Selfish. There was also a couple that weren't really on the same page and the bicurious girlfriend was saying, "Girls don't count". The guy said that he wanted her to be happy but if she was going to do that, he needed to get something out of it as well, like a threesome, or also being able to see other women. They both went out and while she was at some party for bicurious females, he kissed another woman in a bar. Then they talked about it and she was upset. I thought that it was a bit childish but it was the guy's way of letting her see how he felt because he really didn't agree that females don't count.

LOL I've driven Pintos and Ferraris, I stopped counting at 50 when I was 20yrs old... Now At 46, this is not longer a deciding factor for me some roll faster and need way more maintenance... get my drift?

I agree with 2k.. Sometimes you just know .

There is no time limit but The longer you are together.. The harder it is to end .

Just follow your heart and instincts .. You know what you seek :-)
