Good Will Hunting, or Patch Adams. Like someone else said, his character in whatever movie was great because he sunk his heart into the part and became that role.

3 more of my favorite movies of his:

The Fisher King - One of the best crazy performances I've seen.

The World According To Garp - Granted it's John Lithgow who steals the movie, but Williams as Garp holds the film together.

World's Greatest Dad - This film I think is Williams finest performance. A tragic film, and a little close to home now.

Nah, not stupid, it's one of his films that doesn't get talked about often. He's really good in it. Then again, I've never seen a film with him that I didn't enjoy, even RV.

I agree Ms. Doubt Fire was Robin Williams Funniest to me. I love how he fought so hard to keep his kids in his life after his wife divorced him . I mean it was a silly way to see your kids just disguised yourself as a old English woman...lol

Robin also played the part of "King of the Moon" in the 1988 comedy "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen".

Club Paradise

There are so many good one liners in that movie, and the interaction between Robin and Peter O'Toole is just classic.

I dug his performance in "Being Human" and as Jerry, the mime, in Bobcat's alcoholic clown movie.
