I found a couple of great relationships on here. Neither of them is going on any more but both lasted a while and were pretty damn awesome so yes you can find someone here. But it is like anywhere else you get what you put in. Good luck.

the higher ones standards the greater the difficulty in finding an appropriate partner, but with sufficient screening and lots of effort finding the best match is tenable but dont expect to meet less than 100 or so people to find the match one seeks as quality and quantity are inversely related..

I was told a story about this man who woman who met because he opened a door (one of those heavy office doors) and when he did he opened it and just nailed her. She hit the floor and when he heard the thud he quickly walked out, closed the door and looked down at her. When he asked her if she was ok while tending to her she looked at him. He was speechless. She laughed at what happened and told him she was fine. He apologized and she told him it was alright. She walked away and as he watched her he knew he had missed out on asking her for her name. He didn't see her again till about two weeks later, and when he did he went for it. He asked her out but she shot him down. She was seeing someone. He didn't quit though. He knew there was something special about her. He waited almost a year for her until one day he'd had enough. He walked up to her and told her how he felt and that he wanted to take her out. She accepted....she was single. Four months later they married. And up until she passed away they spent over thirty years together. On that one date they knew they were in love.

This story is about a good friend of mines parents. And when the father told me that story I could still hear the love he held for his wife. My point is that anything is possible. Online, in the real world by hitting a woman (accidentally) with a door, or meeting her at the Wal Mart. You simply never know until you try.
