I read each rule page and terms of use. Then I went so far as to read the blogs...I have spent some time in the last couple of days reading them again... I'm not alone

I can assure you it's not favoritism and BELIEVE me, beibg a mod isn't easy. Without knowing the behind the scenes, it's hard to understand

.. yes if life was only a Disney movie..lol.... where everybody. held hands and sang show tunes..
and played board games all day.. .. and never discussed anything of real depth.. never really scratched the surface... never explored the nitty gritty of life..... the underbelly of life.. .... and always post beautiful pictures of puppy dogs and rose gardens... .... but sadly that is not the real world. ... the real world.... is some place where you sometimes.... have to cover your eyes up... have to look away.... to give your brain a chance to comprehend what you just saw.... ..... but once you are able to process it. . you allow yourself to slowly remove your hands from your eyes... to truly experience to appreciate what it is you're looking at.... to experience something new..... to allow yourself to grow.... and therefore.... realizing the world is not just black and white.. ..... and sometimes you need to push those boundaries.... and rules need to be bent... compromises made.. .... growth allowed..... they once had a rule...... a belief.... whites.. only... ...... there was a man from Germany. he had rules to... and if you didn't follow them..... well we all know what happened to those people... right.. ..jmo.. . . . |

We are expected to choose each day about things we see in this life, whether we think they will lift us up in this life or drag us to depths we could never believe we could go! Everything is a choice and subjective to people in general! The question is not always growth but how low we will tumble down the ladder of our own conscience! Somehow, sometime, somewhere a line must be drawn! If it isn't, people will "fall" for almost anything as may be evidenced by people who think it's okay to express sexual love to their own kids! We must stand for something, or as the saying goes, we might fall for anything!! It's each persons's standards, and they can be however high or low as that individual chooses! My choice is a high standard, but that may not be other people's choice! To each his own! JMHO |

Yes.. choice we choose to look or not to look.... individual rights.... in the absence of conformity.... when we are not able to choose.. the right and the wrong of something.... we elect others to do the choosing for us..
..... and once you relinquish that right to choose for yourself... to decide for yourself..... you have to abide by the choices.... made by those you elected to do the choosing for you...... .... whatever their decision may be.. .... but thank God for that report a poster button...yes... .... |

Ok maybe I am weird (ok I know I am).... Who else goes to a site like this and reads the rules before posting? Or reads the fine print in what you sign? Etc Am I the only one I don't read them and I don't believe I have broken any rules. I believe most of these sights are pretty self explanatory if you just follow along with whats already being posted and how its posted. |

I didn't read the rules at first, I did when a mod told me I wasn't playing by M2's rule-book. Read most of it, not all.
Most ppl don't read rules, it's just handy for the team to have something to hold on to when members go too far, you just smack them round the head with the rule-book. I put a lot of thought into the rules of my forum, so I wouldn't have to think about what to do later on. I just copy/paste the rule they broke and that's usually the end of it. So it's more to make life easier for me and my moderator. |
