Topic: Why do so many women hate Shirtless Pictures?

Oh yeah. It's been a while since I watched a Sean Connery Bond movie but you sure can see how hairy his chest is when he's in bed with all those women.

There's also a crappy science fiction movie called Zardos I think where he's completely naked in one scene where some scientist woman from the future that's studying him tries to get him to have an erection

Very simply put, when guys post "shirtless pictures", it looks like they are desperate for attention. That, or they figure it will make them more appealing as a potential date or mate. (I even know females that prefer guys on the huskier side, and find muscles a turn off.)
I really do understand that some guys spend a lot of time in the gym and have put serious effort into sculpting their physiques; however, sometimes showing less is more. Women dig confidence, but going shirtless over the internet can inevitably have the opposite effect, reeking of insecurity and cockiness. It may look good (to some), but ultimately is not a good look~

Well said.

I'm so glad there's waxing lol

Not that I would want to change the man . Wouldn't the hair get in the way?

I believe a shirtless picture is somewhat the same as a dick pic..
Sure sure eventually they want to see them it's just not the first thing they want to see.... but believe me you eventually they're going to want to see them.. they may even request them:angel: laugh

Some things should be left to the imagination. If I am going to look I prefer to choose who it is

What is it with women not liking shirtless pictures of guys? I mean what female made this so bad, that the rest of the females had to follow it? I mean what is it with this dislike for shirtless pictures? Like the guys that women meet with their shirts on treat them better? Is that it? What a guy is not suppose to be proud of his hard work? He is not suppose to be proud and let others see it? I would really like to know why most females think this is such a bad thing? I mean would you rather a guy meet you weighting 300lbs and not looking like his picture?? I just would like to here a good explanation to why guys shirtless pictures are so bad online?

short answer... because they are women... but the gays never seem to mind...

Chuck Norris doesn't take half-nekkid selfies. Justin Bieber does.

are you a "belieber"?

Do you go to job interviews shirtless?

Do you take your shirt off before being introduced to strangers on the street, or at friends houses?

Do you strip before introducing yourself to new neighbors?

Unless you answer yes to all of those, and however many more similar situations, then you are full of it when you claim that it's just you being "proud" when you post the same as your profile picture for strangers on the internet.

Dating is about marketing your assets .. Whether physical or otherwise . If you have a gorgeous body and you don't mind the attention .. What is so wrong with that . If you prefer to keep your clothes on or lack the confidence to promote your sex appeal then you will likely attract like minded people .. Nothing wrong with that either . Sex appeal has many flavours .. You choose what you are personally comfortable with and is representative of your dating ideals. However ... There is no need to scorn or ridicule those who have a different mindset or approach.

so miss confidence when are you going to flaunt it for us?bigsmile

haha I am off the market .. There is no point . Clearly you were not on mingle when I first joined . I landed up in mingle jail several times for flaunting clothed body shots .. Lmao ... They were nothing compared to some of the pics people currently post .. But they were deemed to be suggestive .. Of course that remains subject to individual interpretation .

you need a second opinion on this... please post the picks so we can judge this for ourselves...drool drool

There's something a bit comical about a guy stripping. The women that go to see male strippers may think that they're hunky but they're all laughing at them.

I guess a lot of them find it cheesy and think that guys that do that are posers. I wouldn't post pictures like that myself unless I was just advertising for sex. They don't need to see me with my shirt off to see how I'm built. If they want to see me take my clothes off that can maybe be aranged but they're only getting a private viewing.
RIGHT ON POINT

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder...I can't say I care if you're in a shirt or not...but if you're not wearing one I only hope you're not an eye sore...too skinny or man boobs and big bellies are kinda better left covered ...at least until you have accepted eachother and kinda know what to expect...surprisedflowerforyou
