Women of all races are all the same. They're all undecipherable.

Kind of depends. Without more context, not much of an answer to give to that, as there are too many variables.

Interracial within the same country that both have been reared in, prolly not so much difference. But there still can be differences, often depending on how many generations one or both their families have been in the country etc etc.
Many variables.

Interracial in different countries, so different cultures playing part in it all, yes, could be very different!

But the same goes when ppl are from the same race, yet from different countries and thus cultures.

ANd even among ppl from the same race AND country it could be difficult when they have a totally different background.

Good question. For example, I am singing in a spirit filled gospel choir. Three years ago a blind couple started singing with us. Udo in the tenor section, right beside me, and Dagmar with the sopranos. Few months ago Dagmar was asking with shyness, β€œVera, are you a black or a white?” What a wonderful compliment because I am a WHITE. Our heart and spirit and faith and blood was the same. Thanks be to God!

Only if it's outside of your norm.

I think it's more the culture you are raised in rather than Race. We seem to always call issues Race related when really it's more of a Culture issue and how we were raised and what perceptions we have held onto from that culture. Unfortunately there is still a lot of hate and bitterness in this world and the media focuses on that for ratings. Anything goes to make money so we get the worst of the worst shown in the media so it can seem race would be an issue.

I know many couples that are in interracial relationships and the only issue I see them have is what any couple would go through. Money, Meddling In-Laws, Selfishness, stubbornness, personal issues, etc.

So really as long as any couple understands the external influence that will be applied on their relationship based on who is in their lives,(family and friends etc) race should not be a factor in "their" interactions with one another.

My 2cents worth.

Nah, there is nothing wrong with "interracial". Based on the basic anthropological thought, there is no such thing as a race WITHIN the HUMAN RACE because we are all part of the HUMAN RACE.....black, white, brown, grey, yellow, orange, blue, purple, red,  explode grumble indifferent glasses embarassed devil sick smooched brokenheart huh blushing rant pitchfork  drinks smitten think ill waving

Edit:
except perhaps some of my family members.

This.

if, by dating, you are referring to HOW to interact with prospective mates, then there is a great deal of difference, primarily in culture and in class areas.

Behaviors which are considered to be mature, brave, intriguing, even friendly in one culture or class, can be considered boorish, rude, even threatening in another.

Basically, that means that even if there isn't even the slightest hint of racism in either person, they might find they can't get along at all (or are insanely turned on by each other), owing to the differences in how they speak, dress, and carry themselves, what they find funny, and so on.

I used to think everybody was just part of the Human race. I didn't think it mattered until I dated various different races. I got a real education. It does matter.

The world is a hodge bodge if you will the only thing that should mater is are you happy, cause everyone will tell you something but the person you should listen to is yourself by asking am I happy?

We are, all of us, influenced by family, faith, environment, etc. However I do feel that online dating has broken down those barriers a great deal. Think about it. If it weren't for online dating, and even social media, many relationships would never have materialized. I have dated Jewish women, Catholic, Pagan, Portuguese.....heck...guess you could say I broadened my horizons. laugh My point is that dating someone of a different color is much easier now. Sure family members might not like it, but the world has changed so much and seeing couples of different races and religions is not so rare.
