I don't think I'm going to take this...advice.

the more empowered and more self-confidence you put in your girl is a less likely chance to leave but if you sit there verbally abused her physically abused her should look for any way that she can as quick as she can always her chin up

Well, if you are not her Dream man, I would not take this advice. It's a two way street.

But when you do find each other in your dreams, this is good advice for both.

I think better advce is to stop trying and continue doing what you started out doing but over time women and men change. It's called settling into the hum drum day to day life.

What changes over time for most of us, is HOW we show that care and love.

Younger people especially, but all ages to an extent, can get caught up in trying to quantify, specify, and measure love, almost as though there is a meter running, requiring regular topping off.

I've concluded a few general things. If it feels like work, then it isn't real. And if she only thinks she loves me, or that I love her, when I am working at love all the time, then it's not really love at all.

If I have to work to retain your affections, it means that you really don't even LIKE me, you just life certain services I occasionally offer.


What I would say instead, is that it's important to always be mindful, and honest, and real: and it IS important to keep an eye on yourself, for the creep of complacency. Don't assume you no longer need to express your thanks for small favors, just because you are sleeping with the person. That sort of thing. Treat your mate as you would a valued business or social acquaintance.
