Hi Joovisst,

the way you explain, seems like this 'Ukraine resistance' will continue till US mid-term elections - November

Biden has released $800 million towards military expenses for Ukraine. Since Kyiv is surrounded how does any equipment get in / out? Just thinking aloud.

It's not surrounded.
Just last week 3 EU ministers took the train there for some "talks" with Zelesny.
You can even drive in from all directions but you risk being shot if you pass a conflict zone coming from the wrong direction.
Kiev is a mega city.
Except for curfew, people go on about their business as being told by Swedes still there. In northern suburbs it's not recommended to be.
The even bused people in from smaller city's in the area. I guess they are needed.

Russian troops destroyed a concrete dam built in Ukraine's Kherson Region in 2014 to cut off water to Crimea,

Ukraine cut off the fresh water supply to Crimea by damming a canal that had supplied 85% of the peninsula's needs before Moscow annexed Crimea in 2014.

Now we know why Crimea went Russian!

Port city of Berdyansk - already seized by Russia

On Thursday, Ukrainian military shared footage of a ball of fire and thick smoke rising from the destroyed 370 foot tall Orsk ship.

Now the City Birdies can surrender honorably. After all who knows, the next ship blast may take a large chunk of the City with it.

There's been some flurry in Twitter over Biden's use of a new world order

Biden said the world's response to the Russian invasion presents “significant opportunities to make some real changes,” and the world is at an “inflection point” that occurs every three to four generations.

Then he said this: "And now is a time when things are shifting. We’re going to – there’s going to be a new world order out there, and we’ve got to lead it. And we’ve got to unite the rest of the free world in doing it."

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/fact-check-biden-s-new-world-order-reference-tied-to-ukraine-not-conspiracy-theory/ar-AAVv7ra

MSN's article explains that the phrase was used in the context of the Ukrainian invasion.

Who would like to know what he means by the phrase unite the rest of the free world

Associated Press:

Russia’s military said Tuesday it would “fundamentally” cut back operations near Ukraine’s capital and a northern city, potentially a significant concession by Moscow amid talks aimed at ending the war that began more than a month ago.

British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said she thought Putin was “not serious about talks.”

So far there have been 5 peace talks.
From what's on the net, seemed that it was Zelensky who came up with amendments like people's referendum on 'to join, or not to join NATO', etc.

All day long we are fed by US intelligence what Putin feels and thinks! I am worried now. Have CIA done genetic alterations to people with alien DNA from area 51 so that they can read minds?
Or they have a spy next to Putin? If so maybe it's the ex wife who wants to burn him badly for getting a younger version.

Prime Minister of Hungary drives to work without security.

Hungary has denied Ukraine's request for guns.

Biden calls Viktor Orbán, the PM; 'dictator & thug'.

He had called Putin, 'a criminal'

So is US planning an invasion of Hungary as quid-pro-quo to Russia's Ukraine?

Hold on B, it's a bear trap; adjacent Serbia, Croatia are still remains in ruins.

According to Britain's Defense Ministry.

Ukrainian and Russian negotiators are set to resume talks via video Friday ..,

However, there seemed little faith that the two sides would find agreement on their respective demands any time soon.

Ukrainian army in trenches are in a spot. It's raining & trenches flooding, mud caving; darned cold.

Problem exacerbated because Ukrainian army has run out of fuel which reminds me of:

Zelensky baby, do speed up the negotiations won't you.

Losses of Russia and Ukraine in 5 weeks of war
Losses announced by Russia
1351 Russian soldiers were killed and 3,825 others were wounded
Ukrainian forces losses
More than 14 thousand killed and about 16 thousand wounded.
The Air Force and Air Defenses are almost completely destroyed and the Navy no longer exists.
Destruction of 1,815 out of 2,416 tanks and armored vehicles of the Ukrainian army, 762 artillery, 124 out of 152 warplanes and 77 out of 149 helicopters of the Ukrainian forces
Destroyed 341 drones, 148 out of 300 air defense systems, 117 out of 300 radars of the Ukrainian army, and 195 multiple missile launchers.
Targeting 16 major military airports of the Ukrainian army, destroying 39 bases and depots that contained up to 70% of the total reserves of war vehicles, material materials and fuel for the army, in addition to huge quantities of ammunition estimated to have a total weight of 1.54 million tons.
Russian forces have targeted 30 major military-industrial facilities in Ukraine with missiles
Destruction of 127 bridges in Ukraine, blaming "Ukrainian nationalists" for blowing them up in order to slow the progress of Russian forces.
Ukraine announced losses
Ukraine has not announced a new death toll from the military since the third week, and only talked about economic losses, which exceeded 565 billion dollars.

As for Russia, Ukraine declared:
17,200 soldiers, 127 fighters, 129 helicopters and 597 tanks.
Destruction of 1,710 armored vehicles, 303 cannons, 96 missile systems, and 54 air defense missile systems.
Destroying 1,178 military vehicles, 7 ships and gunboats, 73 fuel vehicles and 71 drones.

Will supporting the continuation of the war benefit Ukraine? Or is the best agreement to end the war through negotiations?

From your figures, Russia backed off from Kiev; after incurring huge losses.

Around 5 or 6 negotiations held; all failed! In fact, Zelensky in his recent speech in UN has appealed for tighter sanctions on Russia meaning countries like Germany should stop buying Russian oil.

As far as Russia is concerned 'Phase 1 is over'. Water supply to Crimea restored. Donbass region having larger Russian speaking population - is annexed.

the signal from West is, Russia may not cross into western Ukraine, near Poland. What does this mean? After all Russia does not have the population size to control Eastern Ukraine. Does it mean accepting a new puppet government in Kiev all over again?

Frankly, except for Poland, nobody is worried. The only cause of concern is wheat supply from Ukraine and I suppose division of Ukraine is the secret goal of future negotiations. what

There has been a small lobby in the White House (for a long time) to apply tariffs on China. Now it's easy to say, If US sanctions on Russia succeeds then who is to say China won't be next?

If Russia and China go down under then who else is remaining? Why not India because then all of Asia - from Syria to Japan - come under the influence of the USA. If I can think thus far; imagine what my government is thinking!

Frankly, Ukraine is an excuse. Things like CRT imposition in schools, open southern borders is all to keep the American public distracted while this proxy WW III is begun.

Most people get tired of basically same old news with just a few names, dates, and locations changed a bit. Gets to be like another drug related crime in the hood. And with the media being a circus for the most part it really gets old. Even the circus has to move from town to town to stay in business. When they make it back around to your town it would also be great if they had a new act or two also. If Russia was to escalate by use of certain weapons that are frowned upon or attack another country that would be a new act for sure
