I see mingle has added something new, "Your Popularity Meter" which might help you here?...lol I do not know if it will work (so few thing on this site actually do work like they say they are suppose to work). But I guess the scammers are going to be getting a bunch of likes, since there are so many of them here...might as well use them for something...lol

My initial impression is that the popularity meter is useless. It is primarily based on the number of people you have liked. If the meter were to be useful, it would be based on how many liked you, rather than how many you liked.

Humm I don't think it is based on who you have clicked on who you like, for mine is at 40 and I never click on likes..

If it is based off that then it would have to be gathering info from the time you have been here..cause I have only clicked like very few times and that was a long time ago..

Humm so I was wrong.. You get so many points if you have MinglePlus which we got that for being mods for so long in the past.. Then you get so many points for logging in daily then so many points for each time you like someone shshshs

Ha ha mine will stay at the 40.. This is about the Stupidest Feature I have ever seen..

Not if it resets for you just get 20 points for member and 20 for logging in daily.

I think the bottom line is that the popularity meter is a totally useless feature.

I think the time of the people who are supposed to maintain this site would be much more useful to the users if they responded to users' problems instead of introducing silly features. Of course, this is not the maintainers' problem; it's the problem of the people setting directions. (During my 50+ years in the workforce, I have encountered two (2) good managers; apparently, good managers are as scarce as hens' teeth.)

So they're trying to give the site and activity on the site a boost.
But to make that a bit of an exciting challenge they shouldn't reset it every 48 hours.
I'm not going to work my sexy hiney off liking loads of people (that I don't like hihi) to get points to then have them disappear that fast.

I feel I should get rewarded for liking more people. With -let's say- 100 popularity points, haha.
