With terms of endearment? If you just met someone and they already are saying things like "baby" or stuff like that, are you uncomfortable with that?

well here's the thing, here in the south, and with me especially, i call everybody sweetie, honey, or something like that...it's just the way i am...so it doesn't bother me. Becca

My personal opinion is I am no ones baby except my mothers. If you have known me for a while it's ok but if you just met me I expect my name to be used.
