establishes a 2-year mandatory minimum federal prison sentence for illegally re-entering the U.S. after a previous deportation,

For some people coming over the border, this might not be much of a deterrent, giving how many rights inmates have in this country.

Could You Pass A US Citizenship Test?

Yes.
A couple of times every year someone posts a forum with the test and then their awesomeness score that must be true because they said so, and since I post to forums I've taken a bunch of different citizenship tests.

See if you're one of them!

Wow! I got a 100%!
That's the magic of the internet. I can put whatever score I want and there is absolutely no way for you to prove me wrong or if I even took the test or not.

Also, my internet went down so I had to walk 2 miles to the local library, through snow, both ways, in order to take the test, carrying my grandmother on my back the entire way since the NSA stole my library card and my grandma said I could use hers if I took her with me. Plus we had to fight off anti trump looters.

So my (real! I swear!) 100% on the test means more than anyone else's and makes me the most specialist and deserving to be a citizen more than anybody.

Are you implying that Sojourning is lying? If so, I think you are just bitter 'cause he scored higher than you. ;)

I see so many things in there that I like. Not sure what the objective measure for 'unconstitutional' is in this case:

* FIRST, cancel every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum and order issued by President Obama

I mean, if people thought they were unconstitutional, wouldn't they take that to a court to decide? How is it decided what is unconstitutional or not, otherwise?

Unless maybe he is saying: "We will use our own opinions as to what is not constitutional, because the courts have allowed things they shouldn't have"

, i can't see why the libs didn't do this to begin with...

What are you talking about?
The libs "do this" all the time.
Make a bunch of promises, have a bunch of ideas generally listed that sound good, hoping to change things for the better, and in reality it all turns into a horror show.

Obviously he means enacting these *specific* policies.

As in: How did we come to 2016 and not have done this already? Why did we need Trump?

for all you trump "haters" out there, please read this and tell me what you think... i would post it on here, but it is somewhat lengthy, so i'll just post the website...

sounds GREAT to me, i can't see why the libs didn't do this to begin with...

http://www.npr.org/2016/11/09/501451368/here-is-what-donald-trump-wants-to-do-in-his-first-100-days

The first two sound spectacular to me, but this one is strangely worded:

THIRD, a requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated;

I mean, I agree with the *point* of it, but as worded it seems stupid and naive. Anyone who has ever worked with a lawyer or a politician knows that this is useless. A 'regulation' is a kind of 'unit' of policy-making-language. If you impose any kind of numeric restriction on them, "they" will just scale the unit. They'll just change the way they count the regulations. I mean, the division of policy language into discrete units of 'regulations' is often arbitrary to begin with.

You can see this for yourself be comparing the local ordinances of two neighboring towns. They often mimic each other, but organize their policies into ordinances differently, sometimes grouping certain ideas together and sometimes breaking them out into separate ordinances.

I'd be curious to see if the Trump people formalize this into something meaningful.

"21. Which of the following is NOT one of the three major branches of government?"

Well, in theory at least! Up until this week, those folks seemed to act as a branch of the government.

"12. How many times may a senator be re-elected?"

Hopefully this answer will change, if Trump executes his plan to "Drain the Swamp!"

people with eyes and ears and education have problems with President Trump
people who are members of the groups he disparages and insults and condescend to have problems with Trump

Hillary supporters are educated and trump supporters are knuckle draggers, sounds like trump supporters have just been insulted to me.

If the best these educated people can do is get us into 18 trillion debt and suck our retirement dry then its about time we elected some dumb ***** to fix it.

It seems like most of the young "educated" Hillary supporters are really just "indoctrinated". They are trained to become skilled writers and proselytizers, but not skilled thinkers.

THANK YOU AMERICA!

I'm in California where the universities indoctrinate the youth into insane, fascist perversions of liberalism. Most people here believe the media's lies, and they despise Trump with a passion.

So I was hugely relieved to see large swaths of America making the right decision on Tuesday night!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of the independents, conservatives, libertarians, and rationally-minded liberals across the country who voted for Trump and saved our country from a Hillary Presidency!

Wikileaks deserves props for this also. I think she would have won, if we didn't have all that concrete evidence for how terrible she, and the people close to her, really are.

Fluoride is industrial waste pawned off falsely as cavity prevention.

"Flouride" is no more an industrial waste than "copper" or "iron". The fluoride used in some water supplies does come from industrial waste, but that flouride is actually SAFER than naturally occuring fluoride specifically because the quantity is carefully regulated.

Also, fluoride is effective in reducing the risk of cavities.

Cancer has already been beaten, known causes, known cures.

"Cancer" is not a disease, but a category of diseases. Some are well understood, others are not. Some of the ways to beat cancer involve lifestyle changes which too many people are unwilling to make.

We may eventually beat all forms of cancer, after we have a much more advanced understanding of genetics and go farther with genetically engineering our children.

There's a variety of alternate energies, cheap, abundant and non-polluting
(not talking wind or solar).

This is, sadly, completely false.

Name a shortage, it's likely man made and not the true state of the globe.

There are lots of examples in support of your claim. Or, more accurately, intentional shortage-making plays a *role*.

Most wars are bankers wars,...

To some degree, but nationalism and religiosity still play their roles.

...often ignited through false flag events

Sigh.

Corporations are immortal, without souls, never sleep and exist only to harvest money, often growing bigger than the governments they control.

Completely agree! Well, technically many companies die - but if they grow large enough they can manipulate the world (particularly politicians) to all but guarantee their artificial longevity.

The matrix is real, society is just a construct designed to harvest everyone's life energies through debt, licensing, utility bills and taxes.

This is only part of the story. It has also been constructed to keep us alive and satisfy our collective urges.

it is included in relation to the point of how unpopular it is for women to seek power,, EVEN amongst women

HRC is shown to be more popular in office than when seeking office

If HRC is less popular when seeking office, this is likely due to the scrutiny to which she is subject when she is seeking office. There is absolutely no reason to assume that sexism has anything to do with it.

Just looked at the start of this thread and saw:

Women often find self-promotion difficult even outside the realm of politics

Why is this statement included in a comment about HRC?

I don't know if its true that women find self promotion more difficult than men do - if it is true, its probably one of the many reasons that women (in general) choose to make less than men do (in general).

But HRC clearly has no trouble promoting herself. The problem is, the modern internet era makes it so much harder to hide the facts and to control the message.

Free will is almost certainly an illusion, but maintaining this illusion is necessary for our society to function and for our individual psychological well being.

I don't know what sjw is,, I know civil rights murder cold cases are still open because of the visibility of BLM, I know many communities ae using body cams as a result of the visibility of BLM,

I agree that there are good people, with good intentions, getting good results who are involved in the BLM movement.

(I don't take your word for it that these cold cases are *actually* open *because* of BLM, simply because you are hugely biased and BLM leaders are fond of taking credit which they don't deserved, but I see that its possible)

I know black people are continuing to get together in groups all over the country to organize against death due to the visibility of BLM

"Organize against death" sure some people are, but this isn't representative of BLM. If they stepped back and asked themselves "How can we prevent death?" the first thing they'd do is form closer relationships with the police, and do everything they can to work together with the police. The police are the organization that is actively working to prevent death. Some of the BLM protesters actually promote murder. Protesting police shootings without enough evidence to know what happened, protesting the shootings in which the cops made the right call, and lying to angry black youth who then start riots - all of these things promote death.

what strides the few agitators make except as fodder for anti BLM fans ,, is not something I have heard much about

You haven't heard about the strides they've made? They've inspired people to kill cops. The increase in murders of cops is a huge victory for some BLM activists.

I know how its uncomfortable to face other peoples realities,,

I will leave it at that,,,sigh

That has nothing to do with it. Like so many SJW 'values', the doctrine of 'lived experiences' is about denying accountability, avoiding facts, avoiding the truth, and silencing dissenting viewpoints.

We'd like to believe that its about listening to people, trying to understand their point of view, having empathy and compassion; but it simply isn't. BLM activists and other SJWs have shown this again and again.

a jury finding someone not guilty doesn't mean anything except what their legal fate is

Of course it means something. It doesn't mean that its impossible for a jury to be wrong, but for it still means a great deal. Its even more so when they trial is highly publicized and scrutinize and mobs of irrational people are poised to riot if they don't get the verdict they want.

And in that particular case, much of the trial could be found on youtube. Its obvious that zimmerman wasn't guilty.
