You read into my statement something that I did not say and did not mean. Actually, I think you just missed what I was referencing. did you not say men will stay with a "jerk" to avoid being alone? Id feel used right there.  The only way that you'd be used in such scenario is if you were a jerk. Well.... no one deserves to be used... but I get it that its also tolerance which I can respect. |

Trolls are on a LOT of forums. Why let it get to you? Unless one is only aiming for you in particular. Trolls should realize there are certain consequences. I've known people who have become suicidal due to prolonged sadistic bullying. I think they just maybe don't get enough attention from people in their family, or circle of friends, or were abused in the past. I'm not trying to diagnose their problems. It would help though, if bullies were saying why they used to bully others. Its a mild irritation. People are entitled to their own opinions and can live how they want. I posted this to show what trolling is. As there seems to be some discrepancy. Outrageous views that are widely absurd to most people posted as their personal norm, and causes others to retaliate is trolling. Someone wanted clarification. I had fun. Win win.

It really depends on the feelings. All blokes I know, including me, will open up to a woman eventually. But we will never do it in the same way or as often as your girlfriends will. I never had this problem, but I have had women only interested in my wallet. It gets old real fast That's never been a problem with me as all the guys I dated were as poor as church mice so they know I wasn't with them for their money.  I know Navy didn't mean it this way but-um.... that was burnt.

I noticed you brushed off my question as to why men prefer to date women that treat them like crap. I can answer that question as it pertains to men and women in the USA. Men don't prefer to date women that treat them like crap. If a man is constantly rejected by "nice" women because he cannot give them the kind of lifestyle that they want, then the man may turn to a woman who is a "jerk" just so that the man will not be alone. Gawd...where are you from anyway??? I don't want some man to GIVE me the lifestyle I want?? I have a lifestyle already. Glad you found yet another reason men use women. ". No one wants a clingy man that won't stand up to a woman." I don't want any man to "stand up" to me... nope, nope. He's invited to speak his mind and heart kindly...but I don't need another man in MY life that takes some stand with me. To me, this means bullying. Accommodation on both is ideal for me. I've never known a clingy man. I enjoy the closeness when I find a man that likes it too, as that is what I am sharing my life for. If I wanted to do everything by myself, and not make decisions together, not do things each day, and live our lives together, I'd stay alone...which I may end up doing anyway for other reasons .... but ideally, sharing a life together was the point in coupling for me. I like the cling. I like doing everything together. Of course there's that balance again....if he wants to take off for a day, no problem. But I'd hate it if my man had to spend most of his time away from me....to me, that's not an intimate relationship at all. Guess everyone is different again. lol |

It's also human nature not to want to look week. Women say they want men to express themselves, but they consider him a wuss when he does. They also say they want a gentleman, but they only go out with the bad boys, then when they actually have the nerve to wonder why they can't find a good guy. The only good guys they want to have anything to do with are the ones they want to keep in the friend zone. You know, the guy they use to go crying to when their bad boy treats them, well, bad. Duh! I'll agree with part of this...sure. There is a balance to reach in just about everything. But not all women go for the bad boy. I tried one.....ONCE.... done. I think we have trouble finding the good guys because most men I know are too busy trying to impress each other instead of the girl that wants to go out with him. |
