Faithfulone, I can't beleive ppl are being rude/nasty to you. I've been here since last june. I love it. I have made so many friends here. Get involved in the forums. Just forget whoever is being STUPID. Block them or something. Post in the threads and get more involved. It takes a little time to fit in. Don't give up, I think if you give it a little time, you will like it and make friends here. DON'T LET ANYONE/ANYTHING RUN YOU AWAY.

UPDATE TO THE CLOGGED SINK STORY
Hello everyone who posted in my thread. Couldn't fix the clog so had to give in and call the plumber. He is here now. I have a really old house, over 100 yrs old. So, things are bound to break down.

Had bigger problems than I first thought. He's been here for a couple of hours now. Had a REALLY bad clog down in the "T" connector thing, then a pipe broke, had to replace it. Oh what fun. Just glad he's fixing it. Not costing me as much as I thought either. All is good here. Thanks again for your helpful hints.

Hello, as far as the tax laws go. I do know that on your federal return, if the CUSTODIAL parent signs a form and gives the NONCUSTONDIAL parent permission, then, you can claim your child. If your ex-wife doesn't sign it, sorry, you can't claim her. In the eyes of the government, it doesn't matter who pays what, unfortunatly. Maybe you and your ex could work something out. Alternate claiming her. You have her one year and she have her the other.But again, that form needs to be signed. When you go get your taxes done, just ask them, they will give you advice.
