Pot is legal in DC, so the question becomes "so what?"

I'm pretty sure men and women have very similar tactile sensations. While I'm no doctor, and I don't even play one on TV, I think I can say with upmost confidence that the central nervous system in both forms of the human body should be fairly equal where it applies to measuring and informing the brain of sensitivity.

I believe it is acceptable to put your hands on a woman's butt when you "boost" her onto your shoulders so she can "see" a concert.

This is the only "time" I know of, and even then, I'm not certain.

Might as well make a fuss about how Trumps wife was born a Communist.

HMMMM....born as a communist? So I was born as a capitalist?
She may have been born IN a communist country...but I don't think anyone is BORN as a ideological or political entity.

Part of my point. Same thing.

Actually, you might not be "born" into an ideology, but you can be "socialized" into one. It's the same way (most) people get religion. It is presented to you as the "correct" way as a child from the given surroundings in which you're raised.

It's closer to Americans believing this is a "Democracy." It isn't, it's a Republic. We were socialized into this belief through our surroundings and primary education (especially since civics is no longer taught). Americans are also "taught" that "Socialism, or Communism" are inherently bad. They are actually neither good or bad, they are only theories of societal behavior.

Still this whole thread is pointless and more than likely just a spreading of lies to provoke a political end. So to Igor's point I agree.

I know it's not "proof" as it's next too impossible to "prove" something that happened in the past, especially at this length of time in the past. But there have been many cases of fossils found on tops of mountains of animals that were no native too that area, or mountains in general. Like wale fossils found on tops of mountains and things of that nature.

Am having computer difficulties and it's acting up at the very moment or I would site some of the web addresses too find such findings. Will try again later too find the more specific addresses to display such information.

mountains weren't always mountains... the tectonic plates forces an upheaval of the land, and mountains rise and fall over time...

True possibility, except for one factor. For it to have been tectonic plates shifting causing the mountain to rise. It would have had too do it very quickly to capture a whale on top of the mountain in the process, as in rising up in just mere seconds, possibly having to catch the whale off guard as in asleep or something so it couldn't swim away in time before it was caught in the rise of the mountain.

Or if it would have caused the water to drain out, lower the water level. Again would have had to be in split seconds too catch the whale off guard. And this isn't just one mere example of this happening, this is evident all across the globe. From California, to the Andes.

you're kidding, right?

Not saying it's not technically possible... just what are the odds it would have happened several times again all through the world? Especially keeping in complete form of the entire fossils of whales found on the mountains? And through out that passage, you'll see it refers to scientists "think" .... So that would drop it from a fact to a possible "hypothesis" which in the long run is merely an educated guess. Not downing science in anyway, as they have discovered many marvelous and important things. But for the discussion we're having, your putting your "faith" into a "guess" on this note. But still close to impossible. As it would have taken quite a many years for the whale to become fossilized in the first place, then AFTER it was fossilized, again quite many years for it to be moved in whole.

And furthering what I said, yes one or two whales could have happened this way. But what are the odds of the whole whale fossil doing this including sea shells and other various sea "creature" fossils in the same location?

So help me try to understand this. Why is it that tectonic shifts are "unlikely" or only "technically possible" but with great "odds," but the idea that of a "Supreme Being" governing an entire universe full of billions of galaxies takes note of the happenings on only one planet is an "absolute?"

Yes, he did, but not at the convention. He sold out when he ran as a Democrat instead of sticking to his "Independent" roots.

Technically all religions are cults, it's just that some get an "accepted" status. So the question one must ask is:

How many members does a religion have to have before it no longer becomes a "cult?"

Well, as someone who lives in the country, I can pretty much so say all of my relationships are of longer distance. Come to think of it, I don't think I've gone out with anyone who has lived within 45 miles of me since I moved away from the city.

So as far as I can tell, all relationships are LDRs.

Well, I don't know about having sex right at the door when we first meet, but if the date has gone well, she's instigating, and we're being swept away in passion... I'd probably be down with that.

It is not that men don't have feelings or emotions, we are just conditioned to be stoic. In doing so, we are taught to set our emotions aside in any given situation so that we can handle whatever task is at hand. When things have calmed and a man has time to himself (which can literally mean not another person within eyesight of him), he'll bring up these emotions he's compartmentalized, deal with them, and then start moving on.

Women, through no fault of their own, actually reinforce this behavior in men. Emotional outbursts make a man look weak, out of control, or unable to handle a situation. These things distract from the inherent "protector" role that the female of every species of animal looks for in a mate (I might say it is not for her own protection that a woman looks to spurn these traits, but for a sense of "can he protect our offspring"). Some might argue that the stoicism that is implanted in men is necessary for the propagation of the species.

However, there are exceptions to the rule. One can always see a man in the grips of "elation," especially when his favorite sporting group just took the lead in the big game. He'll scream, jump around and "high five" his buddies, basically make a fool of himself because he is so wrapped in emotion.
