well it's a rainy day here in da hood.. coolish.. which I will not complain about.. especially after the heat of the weekend.. ugh.. gonna be a quiet one fer me today.. do a few house chores'n relax after an insanely busy week'n weekend.. I'm gettin too old fer this chit  oh well.. at least I got the lawn and trimming done 'fore the rain hit.. looks nice'n green out thar.. ma fave outdoor color

well.. been a weekend.. and being in Canada the weekend is not yet over..
got lots done.. got rid of some stuff.. and.. got the lawn mowed and the trimmin done.. phew.. also got a sunburn OUCH.. lol but now's da time ta chill and get some rest.. gonna go watch a show or movie then snoozeville fer moi.. hope everyone had a great weekend and has a good evenin..

Whoo Hooo I found them, and yes I had walked past them so many times it hurts.. Got some ground cover behind my shed.. A dead branch had fallen back there and I had not dragged it to the street yet.. The part of the branch that was curved and sticking up the glasses some how landed right under the branch.. Kids next door hits baseballs all the time over my fence... So I rigged them a basket on the fence line to put the balls in that they knock over into my yard.. Just so happens I found a ball from yesterday near my big shed so picked it up and went to go to put it in the basket.. As I was walking behind the little shed I looked down at the right moment.. Due to glasses being brownish they were kind of hidden.. This is the path I had to take to get my big trash can to my little shed since my son has his big horse trailer backed up so close to my little shed that I can only open the door so far open.. So I have to walk behind the little shed and down the side next to the fence to get to the door.. I'm overjoyed that is $800 pair of glasses .. 
Of course I did not find them till I went and bought 2 pair of readers to do me over till I can get in to have test on my eyes for cataract surgery.. shshs Ohh well I will keep them just in case.. YAY.. so happy for ya gf..

watched Project Hail Mary 2026 with Ryan Gosling
a science fiction comedy.. what a great movie.. I laughed, I cried, I cheered.. 2hrs36mins of time well spent.. it doesn't hurt that Ryan's a Canadian either  all in all it does not disappoint
rotten tomatoes gives this 94/100.. the only problem I have with this is that it's too low.. personally.. I give this a 10/10 &

Humm y'all think it is warm its 86 here in Texas.. I lost my glasses..  Nope have not found them yet and been searching 3 different days now
I'm sure they will turn up and I have most likely walked by them several times..
Then off to my recliner to chill.. 
I was hoping you'd find'em but still nada huh..  that sucks gf..
we've been havin crappy coolish/rainy weather here all month so share yer 86 woman.. we haven't been so lucky 
well.. that's a sure fire sign we've lost ya fer the night

Much warmer today, but more rain ☔ Grillin in the garage with the ball game on while cleaning walleye.
nice change huh.. Slim was sayin the same.. we're all in the same "neck" of the woods so YAY fer us finally.. Alberta got slammed with 20-30cm of snow so I guess we shud consider ourselves lucky huh

Good morning on this Saturday morning and a warm one for a change....
