Now if God has always been.....The Bible says He is, was, and always will be...That pretty much means to me that he has always been. It also says that God created the Heaven and the Earth and all that reign thereof. So if just for argument sake I believe this to be absolute truth. Then to say that the earth was created by a big bang in which flossom fell from the sky and into the water so on and so on.....Well if this planet was just a massive nothiness where did the water come from, where and how did this flossom fall in the water, and did it's thing which included us turning from a primate into us...And if so why are the primates still here. And if we branched off from the primate again why would that be. It makes no sense why that would happen in the first place. Now you want to again put us and/or God in a Christian box.....God is God and that is that. And people say God is Love and no matter what I do he will always love me...And this is 100% accurate God will always love you no matter what. But just like our Fathers God is the Father of all, and you misbehave or sin...God is not going to let you get away with that...Why? because he does love you. And just like our father. God the Father gives us laws to live by break the law and suffer the consequence. Does this mean that God doesn't love us....No it's just means you have to live as God wants not as you yourself want...Is that an easy thing to do....NOPE hardest thing ever...But it is the way it is. And logic it to death, call it so unfair, and say that can't be love. But it is... And no matter how bad you are....God is a forgiving God. And if you look at it like that instead of being selfish because you want to do whatever the heck you want to do......well again this is why God created us with freewill...He wants you to come to him of that freewill....And if you do and give yourselves completely to the Lord.....WOW you can't explain to someone what having the Holy Spirit or the Lord in your life means....You either have it or you don't. Does this mean that life is always a bowl of cherries, NOPE you will always have trials and tribulations in life. But I know at least for me that having the Lord in my life....I am so beyond blessed. We just had to close the doors of our company after 55 years in business.....Do I fear for what may happen....no I do not because I know the Lord will never forsake me and for whatever tribulations come along..there is always a purpose and always to glorfy God. First of all yes, it makes perfect sense that we evolved from a primate state to what we are today and that there are still monkeys. Again that is the religious lie. And anyone that that understands evolution would know that. And then you say that if we "sin" which could mean being a generous and kind person that helps others and is loveing and careing our entire lives we will burn forever in pain and torment because we did'nt believe in that god. didn't darwin propose the monkey and man thing??? i guess i'm confused on other theories out there??? Darwin said that man and ape had a common ancestor, we share 96% to 98% the same DNA. And Chromosome #2 proves that we are related in that sense. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromosome_2_(human) Chromosome #2 is proof of evolution. It is not "proof" - it's conjecture. Until thy take an Ape and fuse two of it's Chromo's to get a man - it isn't proved. It's incredibly strong evidence. |

so the new theory of evolution is dna???? Darwin's theory still holds strong. The DNA Chrom #2 just seals the deal. Like I said the only debate is how it works not if it does. We have transitional fossils and DNA that prove evolution, some people either can not or refuse to understand it or are just scared to try. |

it doesn't disturb me because I stated what I believe. I'm just trying to figure out what theory is being talked about. trying to understand is all. I know darwin had a theory, the big bang theory...i guess i'm not up to date  Don't feel bad about not being up to date. Most people aren't. I certainly am not. But I am glad someone is out there gathering information and evidence about things. lol join the club. doesn't mean it will change my beliefs but i'm just trying to figure out the debate here. i guess i assumed the theory was darwin's...hey i've been wrong before lol The big bang is not Darwins. I believe Hawking is the real brain behind the big bang. The universe is expanding, we know this,we can see and study it. So if it is expanding it only makes sense that it had to start somewere. And that is called the singularity. All space and time is in a dot the size of a pinhead. Then BANG it explodes and starts expanding at great speeds. And then it starts to slow down. We know that it's slowing down. So, if it is slowing down then we can assume that it will probably stop. Thats where the big crunch comes in. all space and matter will start moving back to the singularity. To where it starts all over again. And who knows how many times it has happend before. Billions? Trillions? And if this is the case then it only makes sense that at some point it will spring life. And may have before. Thats it in a nutshell. |
