yep

think it was worse when I joined
I'm with ya T....We started posting around the same time and it WAS more cliquish then. And I used to laugh at how some thought "new to mingle2" meant 'new to internet forums". I would then laugh even more at the non original crap they would post thinking they had broken new internet ground.
Way more cliquish then....not nearly as much now.

the politics section especially was pretty cut throat :bigsmile

It still is laugh
Anyone who thinks this forums political sect is cut throat should get out in the internet world more. Like I mentioned in my first post here, many people with high post counts seem to have only spent time on THIS sites forums.
The political section here is tame compared to other political forums....but people, mainly ones that don't post there, need something to bltch about I guess.
Sorry no one in political pats everybody on the back hands out flowers all the time, and sings kumbaya....that fake $hit goes on in enough sections here.

Well, he's FINALLY made it to Louisiana.....

Still not a damn thing he could do about it... so he went home

sad

Nah hes gonna tour for 40 whole minutes.
And even the ultra liberal azz wipe rag The Washington Post is calling him out....
______________
President Obama has accomplished something previously unimaginable: He helped Donald Trump look more presidential than the president of the United States.

On Friday, while residents of Baton Rouge were recovering from a historic flood that damaged some 40,000 homes, Obama was on Martha’s Vineyard watching fireworks, following 10 rounds of golf in 16 days. Donald Trump, by contrast, was on the ground in the flood zone, unloading relief materials, touring the devastation and focusing much-needed attention on a disaster that has been largely ignored by the media.

This is the worst natural disaster to hit the United States since Hurricane Sandy, yet neither Obama nor his presumed successor, Hillary Clinton (who was also on Martha’s Vineyard), bothered to step in front of a microphone to say a word about it. Taking advantage of the political vacuum Obama and Clinton left, Trump jumped in and did what presidents are supposed to do — he used his bully pulpit to shine a spotlight on the tragedy.

Shameful shameful.....

8/18- Homeland Security head Jeh Johnson says Obama has no plans to cut his vacation short or visit Louisiana.

8/19- Trump visits Louisiana and shines a spotlight on the disaster. Even the governor, earlier critical of the visit, admits the visit helped

8-19- After Trump's visit, Obama and Clinton announced visits to Louisiana....after they got Trumped.
To Obama's credit, he's here...albeit after he was shamed into it.
Still no sign of Hillary. The heat might put her out of her miserly though....cankles and all.

Risk of Online dating... intent to set the man up for a robbery...shot to death

This is a risk of living around other people, not just online dating.

Unless you're saying robberies, murders, and/or murders during robberies don't occur except via online dating?

Then it would a "risk of online dating."

I wonder if they met on the internet, got married, 50 years later she kills him for the insurance money, you would call it a "risk of online dating?"

Bustos was paid $50 to go on the dating site with the intent to set the man up

That's the only risk of online dating.
Having no real way to compare what someone says to what they actually do, until it's no longer online. True motives.

You get punched in the face alot in real life, don't you?

We have been in relationship for 6 months now and it is expected to always show a good side of yours in the early part of a relationship. Till now when ever I felt to cut loose, I use to go outside similarly she runs the tap water when she pees like this there are many other things which are the ugly side of a relationship which we avoid to show each other. I guess it must be the bad Chinese I ate, while having fun in night I couldn't control and farted after finishing. I apologised and we slept, morning we kissed and I drove back to my house. There was no discussion about it. Now I am not sure what to say and feel a bit embarrassed when ever we talk. Has anyone faced this kind of situation and how did you balanced the equation?
You're a rapist.....
_______________
Top feminist academics that have respectable diverse doctorates from medieval art, 6th century English to Women’s Studies gathered at the University of Toronto meeting center to discuss if human flatulence could be sexist.
Ashleigh Ingle a proud feminist and an anarchist argued that because of patriarchal gender norms women were not allowed to release gas in public because of men’s unreal expectations of women to be clean and feminine. Furthermore she articulated that if a woman was to fart in the presence of a man and the man responded by farting louder than the woman, than that would be rape.
“By farting louder the man is using passive aggressive violence to position himself as dominant, this intimidates the woman to subconsciously not release as much flatulence and thus the woman fearing for her safety doesn’t fart as loud as a sign of submissiveness, this in turn contributes to rape culture and women being oppressed.”

I would ideally like this to be more than a one-night thing, we can share our intimacy without having to bother to get into details or worried about our current life or relationships. A situation that includes laughter, great conversation, great company, kisses, cuddles, physical intimacy. Two people who will know each other and care about each other but both live their own lives. We won't be able to move in together or spend every day together but we will cherish our moments together. we'll will look toward your future and if our situation changes, have fond memories and move on feeling happy for each other.
So....a frick buddy you don't have to be seen with but can get you off till you find something better....got it:thumbsup: laugh

Just two days after a felon thug with a illegal handgun was shot by Baton Rouge police officers, Obama made a public statement.....

https://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2016/07/07/president-obama-fatal-shootings-alton-sterling-and-philando-castile

8 days since Louisiana flooding began....Nada.

Gotta keep those priorities straight I guess.....
Oh, And I might add...those comments about Sterling were made while on a European trip...which he cut short when the Dallas shootings happened.
No plans called off short for this Martha's Vineyard vacation foray.....

Wait a minute...

Isn"t H. Clinton in New England also?
Why sure...had a big bday bash for slick Willie. Martha's Vineyard is the current hip go to spot for all the Socialist Elitists.
And ol Hillary is supposed to make a Louisiana visit too....like Obama's, her trip was announced after both were.....well.... Trumped.
Might be sunny and hot and extremely humid when Hillary shows up. Better be plenty of medics on standby.....
