Topic: Any Suggestions for Severe Tooth Pain?

I have been dealing with a nasty toothache since Monday and NOTHING is helping with the pain (well, there was one thing, but I ran out of it and can't afford the refill right now).....Any suggestions to help deal with the pain until I can get this tooth pulled? I can't sleep more than 1 hour at a time and it gets so bad it affects the vision in my left eye as well.

Southern comfort 100%...drink a 5th and if your still alive in the morning, the pain will be gone

Honestly, ibuprofen is probably the best thing you can take for tooth pain. You can take up to 800mg.

Honestly, ibuprofen is probably the best thing you can take for tooth pain. You can take up to 800mg. that's not workin at all i was taking 3 100mg darv's at a time to kill the pain

Chew on cloves or get some clove oil... it numbs it for a lil while and it's an antiseptic, too... it might help to gargle with Aloe Vera juice as well, since it has great healing properties

warm salt water rinses , ice worked when I had an absess a while back....if it's intolerable go to the e.r. or maybe you can get a script called in.

Rubbing garlic sometimes help, and I agree with Dawnette too. But if it's a real great deal of pain, I think you better go and see a dentist. Hope you feel better soon.

The only advise is go and see a dentist or even a doctor . They know and we do not know . Pain is no good . I usually take Tylenol 2 or 3 for such pain .
