8-10 glasses is alot, but if you look at guys who drink beer to get drunk, they might have several 12oz beers. I don't drink that much, maybe 20oz of water per day.

I always have a water bottle by me. I may not drink as much as I should, but I drink enough to satisfy me.

it sounds like alot, but its actually easy, i just start drinking right when i get up, when i eat i drink water instead of juices or soda(its been along time since i had soda) and by the night, ive already drank about 6 bottles of water. Did you know that several cups of water are lost daily through breathing because the lungs require humid air to do their work?

Why on earth would I want to ruin good whiskey by putting water in it?

A lot...at least 96 ounces of "just water" plus whatever else I drink. When I don't, I feel icky.

I have trouble with the floride in water so I try to fill a pitcher a day but some days I drink DrPepper (sugar cafiene free). I really do think it is important to be healthy.

I drink a lot of water every day and some days a little whiskey, but I'd never put any water in my whiskey.

Decaf coffee in the morning and water all day after that. I don't drink soda, black tea, koolaid, etc... at all. Well, if I am out, I sometimes have a sprite or ice tea but I don't go out often so that is very seldom.

I drink close to 2 gallons per day. I freeze 2-one gallon jugs half way and then add room temp water to fill in the morning around 4:30am.

My first class is at 5am, and I teach about 4 classes throughout the day, and workout with 3-4 PT clients. Depending on which clients I train, I may run up to 10 miles a day and/or put in 20-30 miles on the bike as well as gym work outs. The outdoor training slows during the winter of course.

In the summer, I will finish both gallons but since I don't sweat as much in the cooler months, I won't go through as much.

There are so many people in the gym that do not have water bottles while they are working out. I buy cases of little bottles and just hand them out throughout the day.

I encourage no caffeine and lots of water whether you work out or not!

Oh, do not drink soda! Here is a quick read:
