We read in physics books that there are four fundamental force in nature namely nuclear, magnetic ,electric and gravitational.then wat type of force is sex?we wil all agree that opposite attract as opposite charges or opposite poles.so when men and women attract then which force is playing its part.can we nt measure it?or is it not a physical force?as physics is the study of nature and natural phenomenon and sexual force is the most natural force then why there is not any formula discoverd who can tel the amount of force between two opposite sex individuals

i think the perspective on attraction is a bit misleading, if you take a piece of wood and cut them apart, it does not mean that the two parts were made to fit each other, the original wood piece is still there just in different form. the fact that humans and all living things mate are the result of our environment in a never ending cycle of life, and thus the term force or in this case i would assume you mean "ignition" to sex is nonexistent as it is just a stage of on going cycle, the original force that propelled it is either big bang or jebuz

No. Sexual desire is absolutely not a 'force' in the sense that physicist use the word.

In electrostatics, "opposites attract" is a meaningful, specific statement and a matter of physical law.

In relationships, "opposites attract" a nearly meaningless (compare to the above) imprecise statement intended as a generalization of observed trends of very complex interactions. You will see, though, in relationships, that "likes attract" as well - and that there is no clear and universal definition that allows us to consistently generalize 'what is opposite' and 'what is like'.

Is sex is a Force or desire

I'll rape you and then you can decide for yourself.

short answer desire

sexual desire is completely driven by chemical processes, these processes CAN BE blocked by other chemicals completely negating ALL desire for sex AND all enjoyment you might get from physical contact
*no the vibrator is NOT broken, your brain has been altered/nerfed/rewired*

naturally there are chemical that rev up the process as well

in short sex is an aspect of human culture that CAN be taken away and can be enhanced

its funny the commercial lately about 'low-T',yea dont blame it on aging..blame it on low-t..which happens why ? aging..duh !

its all chemical though, remove those chemicals and there is no lust,no desire,no love..ppl are then just roomates that probably cannot stand each other because the mindaltering effects have been balanced out..goodtimes
*EG they 'sober' up*

of course there will be exceptions to no-love especially with those who have been together a long time.humans are creatures of habit and habits are harder to break/erase,but given time they too will pass

If u wil rape me then it wil be u who can decide whether you have raped me out of desire or due to sum force.r u homosexual or serial raper

Opposites don't attract. That is a myth. The law of attraction states that like unto itself is drawn.

Like attracts like.

Two humans of the opposite sex are attracted to each other because of genetics and because they are both humans. A human is not sexually attracted to an animal. (under normal circumstances.)

So what 'force' is behind sex? It is the creative force.

Well said, Jeannie!

The laws of physics don't aply to sex (except of, possibly, the friction, of course)! laugh

In addition to being a "creative force", sex may also be said to be of the sensual forse.

The best way of verifying that would be going out and experimenting... (rather than reading physics books!)

Sexual desire is biological. Neurological even, depending on how specific one wants to get. To say that it has anything to do with Physics comes from a confusion of terms.

If anything, to say that sexuality has anything to do with "forces" more relates to philosophy or even spirituality. Things like predestination, causality, and fatalism come to mind.
