how many hours of sleep do you normally need/get for a good nights rest? and are you a coffee drinker?

how many hours of sleep do you normally need/get for a good nights rest? and are you a coffee drinker? 6 hours is plenty for me - and no - I do not consume caffeine of any kind. Wheat grass and b-12 shots only!

i've noticed that when i drink at least one cup of coffee during the day i only need 5 to 6 hours of sleep a night, and when i abstain from coffee i require at least 8 hours of sleep

6 and no I don't drink coffee, lots of Mountain Dew though. I read a deal where they said a mountain dew has the equivelent of 17 or 19 spoons of sugar. I love it too, but I cut back a little after I read that article. Yikes ! It is a great pick me up
