First let me tell you a little about why I went to Vegas from Sunday night to Wednesday afternoon. My aunt (who is only a few years older than me) had to go for a work related conference. She asked if I wanted to take a few days off from work and go with her. I knew she would be busy during the day at the conference but the room and gas was paid for so I thought WHY NOT?
NIGHT ONE: We left around 5:45PM PST and got there @ a little after 9:00PM ... which is KILLER time. It can take MUCH longer if you're going from a Friday-Sunday. We checked into the hotel (Imperial Palace) which is not a nice hotel but it was free so we can't complain. One of my bestfriends told me whatever I do, do NOT eat @ the IP.... so the first thing we did is go eat  They have a new-ish restaurant called Hash House A Go Go (weird name, awesome food) This is the stuffed meatloaf over griddled mashed potatoes, which we SPLIT and it was still too much food. Please note that the plate you see below is actually about 16inches in diameter.  Also please note that the pictures from this entire trip were taken on cell phones only   Then we went to the bar and got a drink and paid a visit to Bugsy's grave @ The Flamingo (good luck to start your Vegas trip this way)  We poured some out for the homie and then went back to the IP to do a little gambling before bed. My aunt had to be @ the conference bright and early the next day and we were tired from our drive anyway. I don't gamble but my aunt does... we went to the roulette wheel first where she turned $20 into $80 in about 5 minutes. She has her numbers that she normally picks but she asked me for one and I said 13. Next number to hit was 13 Then she went to play some 3 card poker (all the dealers in this section were celeb look a likes that would get up on stage and sing as well) and turned her $80 into $325 in about 20 mins.... all in all a GREAT first night. |

NIGHT TWO:
I start off with night because I was a lazy *** all day and didn't do a damn thing (gotta love vacation) After my aunts conference on the company that hosted it had a client appreciation function @ the bowling alley in the Red Rock hotel. They loaded us all up on a bus and took us to fully catered, free bowling, with an OPEN BAR.  I'm not a great bowler but I got SO MUCH better after about 6 jack and cokes  When we were all done bowling we loaded back up on the bus and went back to the hotel. The party people of the group decided they wanted to go to the New York New York hotel and hit up the bars there. My aunt and I decided to walk since there were about 20 of them waiting for cabs. Mileage wise it's not far but it's like a freakin obstacle course to get there. By the time we got there we were sobered up pretty good so it was time for more drinks! Sorry kids, I don't have pics from this night cuz my phone died We ended up @ the Dueling Piano bar and some of the execs from the company that put on the conference were there picking up the tab.... more free drinks for Myka This bar is AWESOME! It got ME to dance, which I never do! Not because I can't but because I choose not to LOL (I don't wanna be that drunk white girl that looks like a tard trying to dance) My aunt was a little mad at me because she thought that all these years I was saying I "couldn't" dance, not that I "wouldn't". (Let's just say 20 year old Myka came out to play and tore it up on the dance floor)  Lots of walking + dancing wore off a lot of the alcohol I drank but I shlt you not I probably plowed through 15+ jack and cokes that night. |

I'm back home now.... last night was night 3 and the last night of our trip.... working on putting the post and pics together for that one, it was an EPIC night.

NIGHT THREE:
aka VIP night WOOT WOOT After the conference was over yesterday we got all dolled up and were bussed out to the Ghostbar @ The Palms for more (you guessed it) free food and an open bar! I decided to start off easy with beer because I knew we would be at it all night since it was our last night. Since my aunt now knows jack is the key ingredient to getting me on the dance floor she started getting me my jack and cokes after only 3 beers. After the event at the Ghostbar was over (@9) we headed over to the PLAYBOY CLUB (also in the Palms). The executives again picked up the tab for BOTTLE SERVICE @ our own booth. Turns out the booth we were at is the one Hugh Hefner sat at (and signed) on the night it opened. Talk about big pimpin! I've never experience Vegas this way, it was AMAZING. After a few hours of drinking there we went up to the Moon Night club in the same hotel where DJ JAZZY JEFF was spinning. This is where dancing Myka comes out to play again and we ended up dancing until 3(ish) in the AM. I have pics... will come back and share when they are uploaded. |

Is there a paper trail in a legal file cabinet somewhere?
Perhaps one with evidenciary pictures of an adult nature? I'm making a scrapbook for the inmates in San Quentin and I'm sure they'd be interested to live vicariously through my party dawg-ette Myka.
