Geesh I'm saying there not really true christians. The Bible warns us of these hypocrites, and your right they will use fear. Greedy people they were jealous of the Jews. Egads, I hear that all the time...so they're only "true" Christians until they're caught then? The bottom line with me is that no one needs a religion to be moral...and blind faith leads to a place we don't want to go to again. That wasn't just christianity that was a politcal machine that turned into a monster. With satan backing it all the way. He can be very deceptive. I'm not going to turn from my belief because of people being used to do wrong in the name of christianity. It is and should be use to teach people to seek God not Man. There is crazy out there and history proves it. Uh, where's there ANY proof that satanism had anything to do with the rise of Hitler? Do you also blame "satan" for The Dippic's horrible deeds? Why not then? Remember, up to a million Arabs have been killed in his quest that was again, like Hitler, gained from the Christian's support. Where ever something evil is done, Satan is their causing. Now it's not totally Satan's fault, for it is still the individual that did the action. ALL Satan can do is tempt us to do certain things, he is the reason for evil things, but not the direct cause. i can't really agree with that... seems like Satan is a way to put the blame on mans wrong doings... man has unique way of trying to justify everything around him. so when something bad happens, man wants to put a label on and call it the devil, or evil. things just happen, it's the way life is. when a male lion kills the females cubs because they are not his, people don't call that evil. but if a human male was to do that, it would be "just evil".... Animals don't have souls, they won't be judged. They were put here for our use, food, plow the fields, pull carriages ect. But yes i agree, Satan shouldn't be given the blame, for it is still our own free will that does these discusting actions. i think it was more that man got smart enough to understand to help and not kill each other, rather than a soul. If man was to live, they needed each others support to make it back in the early days...if souls exist, why would animals not have them? Because animals were put here specifically to hep us. LEATHER, clothing and other. THEIR MEAT, to eat to replentish our strength. Birds carry seeds which sometimes fall and thus spreading the plant life, and so on. This list could go on for ages. Does not in one place say anywhere that those babies were cast into the lake of fire, that they died, or anything. When this physical body passes away, that is not death. anyway cowboy, it was a good post. i never saw anywhere in what you wrote that said the bible was the first or only book to know this stuff, so whatever these lefties argument is, it means nothing. some people think they know everything about everything and waste to much time trying to prove it. that alone shows how much they really know. I'm not trying to prove anything. No one can ever prove anything. Heck no one can even prove the sky is blue. It boils down to accepting the truth. And in response to the rest of your reply. No one said the bible was the first or only book to know this stuff. All the bible is, is a collection of scribes in which we call books. Eg., book of job, book of matthew, ect. In fact, there are other books. Still refered to as the holy bible, but that's why we have different interpretations eg., king james version, standard version, and many more. The bible itself isn't what's important or what is the value. It's the knowledge inside of the bible that is the important part and the most valuable thing. the bible has great morals in it, and everyone could get something good out of any religions bible, without having to be religious. Yeah. My favorite morals are throwing one's daughter out to "appease" an unruley crowd and the mass murdering and or enslaving of people's different than "us". Gotta love those. |
