Worst date:
My date was bulimic and had to go for a walk and excuse himself so he could puke. He also seemed terrified of food in general. We were in a very nice restaurant and he left no tip at all. The restaurant owners knew me and I was so embarrassed I went back the next day with a nice tip to give the waitress. They remembered me. They must have talked about us after we left. sick

Best date:
Went out with a man from Italy who spoke no English at all. We communicated with hand gestures and eyes and a small dictionary. We had dinner. It was his birthday, and I had the waitresses come over and sing to him and bring him a cake. We went to a movie that had no speaking in it.... "Quest for fire" it was awesome and we both enjoyed it. Then.... yes the chemistry was there and we had a happy ending in a really nice hotel he was staying in. It was a perfect date. Awesome SEX.bigsmile

worst:
Girl, who lives 5 miles away from me..we wanted to meet up to go to a restaurant. met in a parking lot, and she said she won't ride in my car, because she got a newer one (not because dirty or something, which wasn't) . In the restaurant she kept looking at the walls and and then kept eating, while I was talking. Every answer was "ehem" and "a-ha" and "hmmm". The whole thing lasted about 1 hour, I thanked her and never saw her again.

best: A very nice lady..10 years older than me and she was so embarassed about it and so shy , I couldn't believe it. She doesn't look her age whatsoever, she looks 30 and everybody says that. She also got 4 kids. So anyway, gone to a restaurant and after 10 min..finally shattered her icequeen behavior she developed after a divorce. After dinner, we walked alone on a tuesday night (2am) in the town and talked while holding hands..and then we kissed in the park and then she just wanted to get to a hotel ASAP.bigsmile Then we dated for a couple of weeks more, but she had a lot of issues with moving out and the kids etc etc..and she broke up with me, but we are still good friends ever since.

worst:
It was just awkward - I am sure he is a nice guy, he just didn't have anything intelligent to say. It lasted an hour and we politely said goodbye.

best:
I flew from Canada, he flew from Maryland and we met in California for 4 nights/5days. 3 theme parks ... every roller coaster imaginable. It was great fun! We didn't continue in a romantic direction but he will always be a great friend. In fact, we might meet up again this summer.

Worst date..

Met the guy at the restaurant, couldn't find him at first, turned out he seated himself and ordered for himself and was shoving pie in his mouth before I even sat down, so I sat down, and he talked about politics while spitting pie pieces out of his mouth, thank god the dated ended quickly with a handshake and a nice to meet you, he was so disgusting.sick ill

Best date..

Went out on a date the guy picked me up went to a restaurant ordered nachos and drinks, we ordered at the same time, he was polite and let me place my order first we got our food and drinks and was chatting away about nice things, like friends family things like that, when my drink was gone he was polite enought to get up and go fill it for me twice, we talked for two hours and than he took me home gave me a hug and a kiss, a nice kiss, I went out with him for four months and the first time we had sex was not until the second month, we had to break it off because he wasn't ready to move on with his life after losing his wife four months prior, we remained friends, but haven't heard from him for six months, I still wonder what he is doing and how he is doing, that was a good date and nice memories.shades

Best: WE met for afternoon cocktails that lead to early dinner and even some dancing. Went to a few spots in Nashville. Had a blast Talked to each other on the phone both heading is different directions home. We dated 7 months. flowerforyou

worst date........was set up by a friend of mine's girlfriend. I talked to this girl on the phone a couple prior to meeting her, and when I did meet her, she looked nothing at all to what my friend's girlfriend or the girl herself said she did. I'm not exactly the smallest of people, and it may sound shallow, but I do have some sort of standards. Being a nice person and trying to let her down easy, I went ahead with the date despite wanting to run for the hills, and let her down easy.

best date.........I'd have to say there's a couple first dates that comes to mind. On both of them I met them somewhere and had a nice dinner that had included good conversation, enjoyed each other's company, and led to at least one more date with one of them and multiple dates with the other.

Then there's been a handful of decent and so-so dates

Worst: I haven't had a lot of really bad dates, so this may not sound too bad.. but it was more annoying than anything.

We went to play pool and have dinner at a pool hall down the street. Started out fine, but he drank a lot in a very short period of time. By the time we had dinner at the bar, he was rambling on about his ex, hitting on the bartender and asking if I was into women. Needless to say, I left after that.

Best: A couple years ago I went on a date with someone from here. We were in Denver and he took me to a place that was a huge field of prairie dogs. We walked and talked for about an hour and a half, then went to play miniature golf. It was a simple, yet fun date.

Worst:
I went on a dinner date with a fellow who was 50.
The entire meal, his watch alarm went off every
10 minutes or so to take pills.
As he explained each and every one and their duty.

All I could do, as I was certain he was going
to die in front of me, was arrange in my mind
calling the paramedics and denying culpability.

Best:
It will be in June.

Those old guys can be like that... but that seems really obsessive.
...and he was only 50. He sounds like a hypochondriac.

I'm 62 and when I tell a doctor I don't have a "list of medications" they look at me like they think I'm lying.

Was he a veteran? I've found many paranoid people just came from the service. I think they were given drugs.

Worst: met a "gentleman" online we agreed to meet after emails and talking on the phone. We went to a fast food place, I ordered a burger and tator tots combo meal he ordered the same. When the food was delivered (we sat outside) he said "do you want to go to your place or mine" I said "no, let's stay here" he got a pouty look on his face,he scarfed up his food and then grabbed my tator tots ( I'm just glad he didn't try to grab anything else of mine lol) and said if you're not going to eat these I will. When he was through scarfing up those, we said our goodbyes, I was so glad to leave.

Best: well, have had quite a few good dates but one stands to mind, went out to dinner with a neighbor and we were so caught up in conversation and enjoying each others company that we didn't order our food for at least two hours, the waitress kept coming by and asking if we were ready to order (it was a slow night and the restaurant wasn't busy)
