I for one am thankful I was brought up in my religion and I love Jesus. I recieve so much comfort from knowing God truly does exist and find it quite sad that others don't get that same comfort. Evil is hard at work and it will continue to get worse for a while.In fact, I expect it to come from some who reads this post!!

The fact you think it is love alone verifies it for me so carry on. I asked you how it was... explain, I'm kinda thick that way. The information is all around you. All you have to do is look with an open mind. You don't want to see it so you don't. But that doesn't stop you from verifying what I say in the process. Why evade the question? I am not evading anything. The answer is right in front of you. Just as I learned, when my mind had grown enough, so will you. Some do die though before their brain and spirit grows this far so I would hope that will not be the same for you. A fruitful journey I always wish on all. I'll ask again, because I'm higly thick and don't see the answer or anything that is about the question(s). How? What have I done that shows fear? or guilt, or anything but love? So your brain and spirit is not ready for the information yet but it will be someday. I will not however disrespect you or your intelligence by writing it down in a book and telling you that it came from god though so maybe that is what is stunting your view.

Back to the topic at hand. Recovery from religion. I have heard some great personal experiences of outgrowing and recovering from religion. I think the worst of it might be having to deal with family that is still caught up in the cycle of destruction and see stepping away from it as deadly since it has them griped in fear of living without god. but it is our own responsibility to ourselves to stop outside influences such as bibles and fear mongering that will stunt our minds and spirits from the growth that leads to the keys to a better life.

Weather it be family or friends, they have absolutely NO baring on your relationship with God or the lack thereof. It matters not if they agree or don't. A relationship is something YOU choose, not anyone or anything else.

The Christan religion(based on The Word of God which is The Holy Bible) is meant to lead to RELATIONSHIP.... RELATIONSHIP BACK WITH GOD THRU JESUS THE MEDIATOR. The whole central theme of the Bible is Jesus Christ. Btw,The Christian religon was never meant to be turned into just another religion. MAN DID THAT !!!! In fact, The Christian religion WITHOUT Relatonship is just dead religion !!! Nothing more. Some peope just have religion....because they have no Relationship yet with God, that the bible teaches them about. They still just have religion, but when God draws them unto Him,God will draw them out from just having religion ,into having Relationship with Him . (But God must DRAW man FIRST, in order that man may be SAVED and therefore , be brought back into RELATIONSHIP with God once more.) But here's the thing....man himself CANNOT establish this Relationship back with God ON HIS OWN DOING ( thru his RELIGIOUS WORKS or TRYING TO BE OBEDIENT IN ORDER TO TRY AND PLEASE GOD )... RELATIONSHIP HAS TO COME FROM GOD...AND IT COMES THRU GOD'S DRAWING MAN UNTO HIM FIRST AND THEN LEADING HIM INTO SALVATION,WHICH THEN LEADS TO RELATIONSHIP BACK WITH GOD. IT IS ALL OF GOD'S DOING ONLY, AND NEVER OF MAN'S DOING !!!! MAN TRYING TO GET BACK INTO RIGHT RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD OF HIS OWN DOING ,WITHOUT GOD FIRST DRAWING AND SAVING HIM FIRST, IS JUST DEAD RELIGIOUS WORKS TO GOD, NOTHING MORE !!!! AGAIN....THAT IS WHY GOD MUST DRAW MAN FIRST UNTO HIM, IN ORDER THAT MAN MAY BE SAVED AND BROUGHT BACK INTO RIGHT RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD ONCE MORE. THAT IS WHY, UNLESS GOD DRAWS MAN FIRST, NO MAN CAN BE SAVED !! Again, the real purpose of the Christian religion is to lead to Relationship back with God....this is why Jesus is the central theme of the whole Christian religion. (JESUS is the MEDIATOR between man and GOD THE FATHER). HOWEVER.... Some are bound and enslaved to a "twisted version" of the Christian Religion, which happens when The Word of God is Compromised, thus allowing deception and other "religious spirits" to enter in. Then the people invloved in the twisted version of the Christian religion are indeed BOUND!!!. But they are not bound by religon, but they have become BOUND by RELIGIOUS SPIRITS !!! There is a difference !!! Religion itself does not bind....religious spirits bind. But people in religious bondage (bondage to religious spirits) can be set free , thru Relationship (which comes thru believing and accepting Jesus ). God is more than able to draw people OUT of religious bondage!!! God hears the cries of those who call upon Him,and desire to be set free. God will never turn a deaf ear to those who call upon His Name!!! And Whom The Son sets Free is FREE INDEED !!! "You Shall KNOW The TRUTH and The TRUTH Shall Make You FREE."

Yet the thing is supposed to be the inerrant word of God? No word of God would create the confusion the Bible does, even among believers! There may be BITS of truth in the Bible as there is in every religious text, but it is not and never was entirely accurate. "Word" is Jesus. Jesus spoke in parables. He even spoke that they'd not get it right. So, yes, the Word of God was/is meant to be confusing. Faith. Have it or don't. Some nice God, a God who purposefully confuses people so that they won't understand the truth. Yet he loves us, ******. Love would make clear without any doubt what the truth was if it was so important not speak in some ****** riddles. FAIL.

Some nice God, a God who purposefully confuses people so that they won't understand the truth. Yet he loves us, ******. Love would make clear without any doubt what the truth was if it was so important not speak in some ****** riddles. FAIL. MAN wrote the Bible. Period. That's what you are stuck on. We've tried to tell you and show you how the Biblical God is anything but loving, but your mind is stuck in that box that you can't see it. Like Dragoness said, you will one day, either here or when you die. Either way you will know the truth about God eventually.
