I guess this would be a question you would have to ask him. I am the one that filed for the divorce and he asked for me to give him another chance.

This almost seems like a trick question. I would know if I was happy or not, when in a relationship. In fact, how could you NOT know? :|. I suppose certain people would just enter a relationship based on a whym. Though that would be a very minor percentage. Normally, I'm the one who has to stop the relationship. Depending on how it's developing. Many people are good at spotting when they feel happy with whatever.

Before you were told it was over My ex was! I told him when we started dating....when Im complaining it can be fixed... when I stop complaining. Its over. I guess too much time passed because he forgot. Now...its over. |

With my last relationship it became very obvious that he wasn't the honest, trustworthy person I thought he was...so no, I wasn't happy. We both agreed that it was best to part company and go our seperate ways.

I guess the people that responded to this question had a very good idea of how their relationship was going. but there are so many stories many stories about people that were surprise when their relationship went in a direction they had no I did it was going. being broken up with or being cheated on.
|

I knew things changed between us at least 6 months before he said he was leaving.. I'm the outgoing person and he wanted to isolate me.. I didn't give him anymore chances after that day.. I tried to share the responsibilities of raising our daughter and kept on getting let down again and again.. I was making new friends and putting the nightmare behind me.. I knew I had to move away if I wanted him to finally stop following me like a lost dog.. he still continues to mess things up but I'm doing my best and we are doing much better and that's what matters the most.. :-)

No, I wasn't entirely happy in my last so-called "relationship" but it was better than nothing and I was happier than I am now that it's finished.
