GRIEVE AND LET GO.....OTHERWISE HIS FACE WILL BE ON EVERY MALE YOU SEE....I KNEW SOMEONE WHO BELIEVED NOBODY TOLD THE TRUTH HE SAW LIARS AROUND EVERY CORNER, AND BEHIND EVERY BUSH....ONCE HE REALIZED THAT NOT EVERYONE WILL LIE TO HIM JUST LIKE MAGIC THE LIARS WERE GONE.....WHEN WE FOCUS ON WHAT WE DO NOT WANT WE JUST GET MORE OF IT....ONLY FOCUS ON WHAT YOU DO WANT.....GOOD LUCK.... |

how to get over Trust Issues in any relationship? Being true to your word and probably with the help of a good therapist. Trust issues start with an insecure person. If both of you are insecure, it's probably going to be twice as difficult. Good luck. |

It's really hard. Either you have to let it go and hope it doesn't keep bothering you or you just have to move on. I just went through the the biggest heartbreak because of trust issues. It really hurts bad. I wish you luck.
