how to get over Trust Issues in any relationship?

GRIEVE AND LET GO.....OTHERWISE HIS FACE WILL BE ON EVERY MALE YOU SEE....I KNEW

SOMEONE WHO BELIEVED NOBODY TOLD THE TRUTH HE SAW LIARS AROUND EVERY CORNER, AND

BEHIND EVERY BUSH....ONCE HE REALIZED THAT NOT EVERYONE WILL LIE TO HIM JUST

LIKE MAGIC THE LIARS WERE GONE.....WHEN WE FOCUS ON WHAT WE DO NOT WANT WE JUST

GET MORE OF IT....ONLY FOCUS ON WHAT YOU DO WANT.....GOOD LUCK....

Being true to your word and probably with the help of a good therapist.

Trust issues start with an insecure person. If both of you are insecure, it's probably going to be twice as difficult.

Good luck.

You must believe in the " law of attraction" sparky
. So do I and have been trying to attract a certain man into my life. Believe it or not....I almost have him  ...I see signs everywhere.

It's really hard. Either you have to let it go and hope it doesn't keep bothering you or you just have to move on. I just went through the the biggest heartbreak because of trust issues. It really hurts bad. I wish you luck.

WHAT WE ARE ALL LOOKING FOR IS OUR ''IMAGO MATCH'' IN OTHER WORDS THIS PERSON

IS NOT A EMOTIONAL STRANGER....THE PERSON IS USUALLY LIKE ONE OF OUR CHILDHOOD

CARETAKERS THAT INFLUENCED US THE MOST.....(PERSONALITY NOT GENDER)...P.S.

HANG IN THERE......smile2

It's hard to say with so few specifics, but in general - a lot of trust issues stem from low self esteem.

First thing to do in any problem solving situation: examine what the problem actually consists of in detail.

In the case of "trust issues," you would want to get specific about who you don't trust, and exactly why. When it comes to trust in relationships, it's very common for people who have been through a bad time, to be very vague in their suffering, about what their trust issue actually is. They might say they don't trust anyone. They might say they don't trust love itself.

Often, what they ACTUALLY don't trust, is their own judgement; their own ability to recognize an honest person.

But there are actually two basic kinds of relationship "trust issues." The other kind, is when you've chosen to stay with someone after they lied to, or otherwise betrayed you. That requires a completely different answer.

try not to bring up a sad experience every time an argument or discussion arises. Let go of the past.

Totally agree with it. People should go within to deal with trust issues. Work on self-esteem and work through painful past experiences.

Omg I got same problem!!! Very hard for me
I've had many disappointments with men. Many are liars and fakes. Majority only want me for sex only.
