So I see all kinds of folks use the phrase "distance is not an issue" and wonder "huh?" How can it not be? I guess we all have our own opinions on the matter - I know I do - and that nothing will change my mind but I'm also curious as to the reasons why some have no issue with distance. Any takers?

Maybe they just want someone to talk to, or maybe they want a long distance relationship for whatever reason. The quality of communication would be rather limited. but some people have very busy lives and their work schedules don’t leave them time off which overlap with each other, so why not write emails

Some men will go the distance to meet a potential lady for a long term Relationship. Some will travel miles ! I have met a few like that.
They. Are found in Relationship paid sites mostly.

Free sites maybe.

If I find someone that I make a real connection with, I'm willing to travel. The heart really doesn't know distance, the brain is what interferes with thought.

Meeting a guy on site for the first time and he starts asking for nude pictures and thinks he's gonna get it! I always keep wondering how?

Travel, visited. Traveled to, been visited.
Would I do it again? Absolutely.

If it's left to me I would say a distance is never absent is a true relationship, cause when ain't together for a while they they feel the distance

Some of us travel or spend time in different places. If I'm going to be in the same part of the country on a regular basis, then it may not be a long trip to meet someone. One of the hopes is that she will join me in my travels regularly!

I have no issues with it because I'm able to relocate and dissolve that distance that Eric spoke of. If I were in a position of not being able to relocate and the man I met isn't either, then I see no point in carrying on a long distant relationship.

I would travel halfway around the world or further to meet a friend, so I definitely would do the same to meet my potential life partner.
