Nobody wants to work with a trouble maker and he did cost them millions. I would say that is a legit reason for not working with him. It's time for him to move on and realize, he threw his career away. He needs to stop focusing on the past and focus on the future. Before he runs out of money. Maybe he could join the military.

except for several things.
1. there is no direct evidence that HE cost them 'millions'. there are a combination of factors that go into profits and revenue and it could just as easily be claimed that the reaction of Trump cost them 'millions'.

2. not everyone has the same definition of 'trouble maker'. Someone one person sees as making 'trouble', another may see as making 'a stand'. Kind of like MAGA slogan is based on people believing that the 'trouble' Trump makes is actually progressive.

3. moving on is exactly what anyone truly concerned with making a difference should NOT do, it makes their sacrifices meaningless if they dont see it through as far as they can.

4. It is also not a given he will 'run out of money'. I believe he stands to make plenty if he sticks to his lawsuit and if his intent to give back to the voiceless is genuine. Many times when we give we get back ten fold. he is giving ALOT to stand for people that were voiceless. He could join with many others who are interested in doing the same and see him as someone that will help MAGA on the terms THEY believe in.

https://www.politico.com/story/2018/06/07/trump-poll-approval-rating-630365

Which makes it sound like 56% of the country doesn't. At least at this point. When you get right down to it, 44% approval rating is pretty low. It could be worse I guess. When Obama left office his approval rating was somewhere in the mid 50's. A good bit higher than Trumps at this point.

approval ratings can fluxuate often week to week and month to month. I think trends matter more than temporary fluxuations.

The media and people on the other side talks crap about every president

this+1,

it has been like that since John Adams was president and it has continued since.

the only difference is today with all the social media and thousands of news media outlets on TV, the net, YouTube you cannot get away from it.

Say what you want to say about Trump is, he knows how to market and brand himself.

I wouldn't be surprised if Trump was re elected , because Americans would rather go with the devil they know vs the devil they dont know, the only time that wasn't true was when Obama beat McCain in 2008

True. But as far as Trump goes, the approval trend is consistently pretty much on the low side. I haven't followed it closely. But it's like up 2 or three and then fall three or more. It seems to stay in the low 40's for the most part.

But, for the most part, Trump does it to himself. He opens mouth and inserts foot, sometimes up to the knee, a lot. And then wants to whine about how the media portrays him. He does it to himself.

True, I feel like media often 'unfairly' goes after people, but in his case, it feels more like he just attracts what HE puts out towards others ..

Reagan wasn't an unknown, Carter was hated.

Clinton wasn't an unknown and he has the youthful look compared to the tired looking Bush.

well, he was in politics, so any politician by that standard is not an 'unknown' and could potentially beat out Trump.

I think usually people are voting their interests more than about a known or unknown devil

The people who don't want him to work for them get to decide if he is a trouble maker. Only difference he has made is cost the NFL money. Someone who didn't have enough sense to hold on to his career, probably won't do a better job of budgeting now that he is unemployed.

there is no evidence of what he cost the NFL, once again. It is just as factual to conclude Trump blowing up the issue cost the NFL. As to not having sense at managing money enough to stay employed, I know a man who filed FIVE bankruptcies and people still wanted to work with him as their POTUS and his finances seem to be okay still.

Sometimes, right and wrong have a higher priority to people who ALREADY have money, than how much more they can attain or hold onto said money might have.

he got cut cause he was a mediocre QB at best, and got beat out of his job. So he doesn't automatically get a starting position. Maybe if he was a very good QB then it might be worth putting up with his spoiled antics but not so with a over hyped player.

Except that Trump didn't declare personal bankruptcy, his companies did

6 times and all Chapter 11, not chapter 7's big difference,if his company went chapter 7 you might have a case.

as in for Kaepernick, he isn't being blacklisted because he's black or half black and refuses to stand for the anthem, although calling Cops pigs doesnt help his cause.

He isn't getting a job because he isn't a great quarterback, at least Manzel was smart enough to try another league for a while so he can get another shot in the NFL.

Look at Micheal Vick and what he did and actually went to prison for it, but because he was considered an elite athlete he was given another chance.

Kaepernick isn't a great quarterback, he was lucky to get to the Superbowl and hasn't done a damn thing since.

It was that Trump won. Clinton lost to Obama without the same effects, disbelief, or protest.

I don't see those " he not our President" protests anymore.. no one threatening to leave the country either

Just a few on the web who were so shocked.. so devastated that they have no other goal in life but to constantly attack the man regardless of what he does.

But just a very few still left as most others have... a life.

Over the course of the season, 10 quarterbacks were worse than Kaepernick, 7 were about the same (plus or minus 0.35 ANY/A) and 15 were better.

Trump seems to think he filed them though, strange, in his own words.

"Hundreds of companies" have filed for bankruptcy, Trump said earlier in the debate. "I used the law four times and made a tremendous thing. I'm in business. I did a very good job."

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2015/sep/21/carly-fiorina/trumps-four-bankruptcies/

my case was the subject of managing money, and if one files ANY type of bankruptcy, it indicates they are struggling to do so ...

I know, I feel sad for those who can only constantly condemn another person, as opposed to critiquing them honestly.

stats don't mean everything, you got to have team cohesion , and the savvy to read a defense and change your play at a moments notice. There have been good QBs that never make it to the big game.
