How can i fall asleep?

You live in a city of 1.73 million. Surely you can find a medical professional there in Malaysia to help you.

I'll take the other half. bigsmile

On a serious note, insomnia may be caused by a gastrointestinal problem.

Masterbate. Always helps

Truth!

I have heard it will make you you go blind, is it the same if someone else does it for you?

Mary Jane might help alone or in conjunction with Master Bates.

GOOD: a comfortable bed and pillow and covers; electric blanket if freezing; ear plugs if noisy; eye cover if in glaring or flashing light; anaesthetise children and pets; Avoid coffee, tea, and sugary drinks 3 - 4 hrs before bed; avoid computers, E readers, and phone screens 2 hrs before sleep; exercise 2 hrs before sleep; read a mild non-thought provoking book; don't get agitated by news or politics; read tax law or constitutional law; don't argue;
BAD but works: minimal pharmaceuticals if desperate; a very small wine or port; some heavy duty cough medicine; a spliff; a wank;
Once ready to sleep, get itches out of the way, get comfortable, lie still breathing deeply and exhaling slowly, no part touching any other part - unless you need another toss, then meditate on sleep and nothingness.
Don't look at any clock ever, don't turn on bright lights when nature calls, don't listen for things or think about anything, you are a vegetable.

Or get a physically demanding job, and you will die of exhaustion every night.

Perhaps they are already going blind?

Try to go to bed at the same time every night, and have some bed time ritual (if you want, have a wank alright...). Main thing is to program your body into "sleep mode".

And don't have any mobile phones or other distractions in the bedroom.

I have trouble falling asleep usually because I have things on my mind worried about. I like to listen to soft rock music and concentrate on the lyrics and melody. I have that on all night.

Can't Sleep?

Although the notion of a tachyonic imaginary mass might seem troubling because there is no classical interpretation of an imaginary mass, the mass is not quantized. Rather, the scalar field is; even for tachyonic quantum fields, the field operators at spacelike separated points still commute (or anticommute), thus preserving causality. Therefore, information still does not propagate faster than light, and solutions grow exponentially, but not superluminally (there is no violation of causality).

The "imaginary mass" really means that the system becomes unstable. The zero value field is at a local maximum rather than a local minimum of its potential energy, much like a ball at the top of a hill. A very small impulse (which will always happen due to quantum fluctuations) will lead the field to roll down with exponentially increasing amplitudes toward the local minimum. In this way, tachyon condensation drives a physical system that has reached a local limit and might naively be expected to produce physical tachyons, to an alternative stable state where no physical tachyons exist. Once the tachyonic field reaches the minimum of the potential, its quanta are not tachyons any more but rather are ordinary particles with a positive mass-squared, such as the Higgs boson
