Hi Coldersky, we didn't have tv when I was growing up. My father said it would interfere with our studies. I had to go to my cousins house to watch 77 Sunset Strip, but we were screaming so much whenever Kookie came on that I can't remember any advertisements. lol Edd Byrnes was my first tv crush.

As a child, i watched Yogi & BooBoo.
Didn't really pay attention to advertising.

yes it was glorified smoking to america was always cheak out movies way back

I think my fav was the one where these guys are fishing and get a hole in the boat. A Kotex is used to plug the hole.

Always wished they made a followup commercial where the Kotex plugs the hole and sucks up the whole lake. It ends with "Now with New Super-Absorbant Power" fades out with fish flopping all around the boat in a freshly drained lake bed.
