Is candidness in a profile a turnoff? I welcome all feedback; critical or otherwise. Thanks!

Never EVER talk crap about an ex. The word you use for her is disgusting.
That alone puts your profile below zero.

Interesting.....I think you must have read the wrong profile....or are you a professional troll?

actually that was an english as a second language and lack of american slang mistake.

but simply put that candidness on a profile will fail more often then not.
most are not going to be interested in playing with someone who is not yet divorced and just wants cheap sex

I really don't think that the majority of women are going to be attracted by your use of the term 'whore' to describe them.

Not impressed, especially with the way you describe women.

Apologies. I get it now. None of you speak English natively. To clarify, my profile says nothing at all about my ex or women. Literally nothing. “Post breakup hoe phase” is a slang term to mean I am not interested in a long term relationship right now.

LOL, Your profile is yours, do what you want.
Some of us guys appreciate you taking yourself out of the pool.
Less competition.

As for your slang phrase, erm... Its not the word but the intent behind the word. There are better ways to publicly proclaim your sensitivity to your last relationship and how it has changed your outlook on possible future relationships with other women.

It might be an appropriate slang term in a locker room but certainly not in the mixed company of a public profile.
Perhaps you could use the internet to research the word...Tact?

So, not actually open to constructive criticism. I'm shocked 🤣.

Start over, lol! I'm sure as a PhD in sarcasm and wit you can come up with something better than what you have and still get your point across... that you don't want anything long term. Use your wit to attract the kind of woman you want to play around with while you're going through the whole divorce thing.

As it stands right now, it's more of a turn off than a turn on! Best of luck to you.

Yup a good way to meet people; ask for help, and then when people offer it tell them to **** ***.

Ditto... I see where some might have thought you were talking about the ex which in Fact you were referring to yourself... But I did catch what you meant..

Even tho I would by-pass the profile on many reasons age & just wanting to play the field...

At least your honest and I can't say that about all that many put on their profiles..

Be you and put what you want too. Just remember the written word does not always come across the way we mean them too.. The Humor does not always come across...

Indeed... Then saying "apologies" and continuing to insult people.
You never get a second chance to make a first impression...
Maybe starting afresh would help, with a wig and glasses like Freebird said

First of all he did not call a woman by any name he was calling himself a hoe..

Too many jumped the gun here and took what he said wrong~~

This is what his profile says~~~ "I think the kids call it a post breakup hoe phase."

He is referring to himself as the hoe shshs

Now please tell me where he called a woman a hoe?? slaphead slaphead
