Made headline news .... “Why do men take longer to poo ... “ Apparently it only takes a mouse 2 seconds and an elephant up to 12 seconds .., a man 14 MINUTES !!!!!!! Are you putting those 14 mins to good use and exercising your brain ., or do you go into a vegetative state ???? I remember asking him why he always took the newspaper with him.. He said it was the only place in the house that everyone would leave him in peace so he could read

5 minutes is a long time for me. depends on when u go in and what your diet is. also when i was married i went at the first inclination with a book. so time was not a factor getting out of the biatches way was. still looking for number 3 though so not a genius.

I used to keep a dictionary and a volume of encyclopedia in the book rack near the toilet. I did some reading, yes. Now, I live alone and my meds keep me regular. I also eat a lot less. Anywhere from 5 minutes to about 8 minutes is my norm. I haven't 'struggled' in a long time. At times the 'music' can get pretty loud tho. The bowl acts as a resonance chamber.
